try the ceviche!. fun restaurant in hilton head. large portions. fresh seafood with a great location on the water. lots of seating indoors and out. fun, newer food combinations and well staffed. two nice size bars. amazingly good sunset menu. best side salad and chowder on the island. i highly recommend the stuffed flounder. the latin scallop ceviche is amazing. arrive early, popular and crowded. managers have been circling the restaurant every time i have been there checking of staff and customers. bartenders work their tails off! serg group could teach a thing or two to other island establishments.
