atmosphere is the only good thing about this place. the food is priced high which is fine but the taste did not live up to other restaurants in this price range. will not be going here again.

my wife and i had an excellent experience at zuma last night. the sashimi and sushi was extremely fresh, the scallops and lamb were cooked perfectly, and my wife almost fell out of her chair after taking a bite of one of their signature deserts. the saki sommelier help us picked just the right bottle for what we were ordering. the pricing was adequate for what we received. besides, you get what you pay for! we will be returning soon.

food and atmosphere were good. salmon was on the 'over done' side, but overall okay. main complaint would be on the service. i say with a plate of cold, finished food in front of me for 20 minutes. not appealing... especially considering the prices you're paying. of course, they protect themselves by adding 18% gratuity to the check automatically. i wouldn't return; many other good places a try a short walk away!

over priced for mediocre food!!!. if your looking for a pretentious over priced restaurant, this is your place. if you feel the need to hang out with the so called "pretty people", spend more money than any normal person would for mediocre food, this would be a good start. my wife and i are caterers for some of the biggest names in music. we've eaten at restaurants all over the world!!! this has to be one of the biggest disappointments we've ever had!!!! bottom line don't waste your time or money!!! there are so many other great restaurants in miami. with staff that will be more than happy to treat you with respect and be grateful for your business!!!

fantastic!! we had the lychee cocktail and the lave and the lavender cocktail and they were delicious, though not too strong. the beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection with a delicious sauce. the sweet potato side dish and the eggplant side dish also had tasty sauces. the banana cake desert was great-moist with yummy flavors accompanied by cocanut ice cream with bits of cocanut in it. the service was excellent and the ambience lovely.

my most favorite buffet. let me start by saying i hate buffets. but if zuma was the benchmark for a buffet, i would alter my dislike to delight. the most incredible food experience was a zuma's brunch buffet. words can't describe the experience, check it out for your self. the food was delicious, the oysters and sushi phenomenal, the hot rice pot with mushrooms to die for and the chilled champagne kept coming and i was loving every minute of it. i will return for sure.

zuma is one of the most celebrated restaurants in the city. known for its innovative japanese cuisine, the restaurant also has one of the best bar programs in town.

this past week, i got together with some foodie friends to enjoy a nice, leisurely lunch.  eleanor hoh, (the famous wok star), hugh sinclair (otherwise known as chef irie), and i decided to go check out the miami spice menu at zuma in the epic hotel. one of the great things about this foodalicious time of year, is that it gives everyone yet another reason to go out and explore the miami dining scene. lunch and dinner become just a tad bit more exciting when you know (a) you're choosing from a carefully designed menu and (b) you're saving money. zuma is an asian restaurant featuring modern japanese dishes served in the informal dining style called "izakaya".  it offers both indoor and outdoor seating, overlooking biscayne bay. the miami restaurant is one of several of this brand located around the world including london, hong kong, dubai, istanbul and bangkok. it has a very energetic ambiance and was pretty much packed throughout our entire lunchtime

class act. the cuisine is elegant as is the place (casually so) and the clientele. ingredients are top notch, the presentation is very creative without being precious, and the service is attentive and friendly. you can tell i really like the place. i’ve been here several times. i have to say, the best time for my taste is lunch. at dinner it can be frenetic and crowded, the way the several “hot” restaurants are in miami. at lunch you can really enjoy it, and even more so, with the three course special for miami spice for $23 plus tax and gratuity. we each ordered  different dishes. to start we had the two appetizers, white miso soup and the japanese mizuna salad, greens with bacon and maple dressing . my friend followed with the salmon teriyaki with pickled cucumber, a perfect size portion, very fresh and tasty. a standout was what they call the sashimi collection — a

the food was good. our server named damian was bad. but, the front reception, the service staff, and the manager elizabeth were 100% amazing! highly recommend this place as long as you request any server other than damian.
