brilliant!!!. i can't imagine anyone giving this restaurant a negative review. one of the best dining experiences i've had in a while and i sup up and down the east coast. brilliant service - our waiter fernando was knowledgeable on every single dish we received with our 11 course tasting menu. well worth the price and the view couldn't be more spectacular. will be going back again and again.

terrible service! great food! really overpriced :( don't waste your time. i hope the chef moves to a different restaurant soon. still amazes me that the place has actually lasted quite some time.

slow, inaccurate service. the food was excellent. the atmosphere was chic miami. the waiter got two dishes incorrect and lunch took 2.5 hours. it cost $40 per person. will not return.

golden tongue review well i have had the zuma sunday brunch and it was great everything fresh and tasty but pricey at $75 a head but can't complain as i know this is a upscale dining.enjoy everyone.

great fusion seafood creations. this place is great! the ambiance is very miami, with a great view of the bay and the miami river, but not as loud and obnoxious as some other "in" restaurants in the area. reservations are definitely recommended althou waiting at the bar and having a couple of cocktails and appetizers there is lovely as well. the food comes in small portions which is great for sharing, and it comes out as its ready giving you time to savor one while getting excited about what is going to come out next. my favorite options are seafood based: the tuna & salmon tartar is so fresh, the sea-bass sashimi with truffle oil is totally worth trying, and the noodles with lobster are so fun to eat! my dad is a big meat eater and he always walks out satisfied as well (he raves about the spicy beef tenderloins). i have been back to this location plenty of times and would love to try the other ones in london, dubai, or hong kong (day dream much?)

the chicken wings are most memorable, not sure why they are so much better then your average wings, they just are - and they're gluten free!!

zuma great service great food. went there after trying nobu two nights before. the decor was very nice and the service was amazing. our waitress was very knowledagble and gave us great suggestions. the spicy filet mignon was amazing. i've never has a steak so tender. the rock shrimp tempura and spicy yellowfin tuna were good as well. the food came out fast and did not stop until it was time for dessert. next time i'm in town i will definitely return

great food, ambiance, service and location. people that said they didn't like the place is only because of the price (read reviews). -yes it is up there, but it is also very good. would highly recommend it.

the best food i ate. unbelievable experience must try while visiting miami. the blackened cod in wasabi sauce was absolutely incredible.

good culinary experience. almost impossible to get a table reservation. the only option offered is in the lounge area. not sure why i was offered the lounge area as the only option. during my visit several tables in the dining were not used. do not accept a table in the lounge area. the tables are too low and next to the bar. the only view you have are behinds from bar guests. the food is really good. selected the $ 130.00 tasting menu. waitress was informative and efficient. will definitely come back. $ 500 for 2 was the total bill. pricy but great food.

while gazing out the window at the boats cruising the miami river, the rock shrimp tempura arrives. they looked and smelled fantastic. the tempura was hot, hot , hot and tender, each bite igniting a volcanic explosion of flavor in my mouth. i had never tasted anything like this before. definitely the best tempura i have ever had, in my life.

nye at zuma. excellent ambiance, food and service. i totally recommend it. martha sat us down very fast on nye without a reservation. we had lobster tempura, spicy tuna rolls and don't miss the fruit sorbet, they are the best. don't forget to complement the red shoes the guy at the entrance wears ha ha ha.
