dinner at zume at the epic. food is technically great. you'd need to be on the beach at one of the heavy hitters to compete with this caliber of food. the portion sizes are small and meant to share which we loved as we have the opportunity to try numerous dishes - def try the yellow tail. wow! the service is typical miami, nothing great and no real empathy or hospitality. bring your wallet and all your credit cards because you'll need it. dinner for two with tip ran us $290. and we didn't even fill up on wine, just a few cocktails and a couple of beers. in the end we had a good experiece, the food being the clear highlight. problem is we left yearning for more food and more drink - we were both hungry and thirsty and had just dropped $300. zuma is a special occassion, let's try it once every month type ofplaceand it really doesn't belong in downtown ... not yet at least.

zuma (istanbul) is a good choice when in istinye park. it is the best asian restaurant regarding location, ambiance, popularity. good crowd and aplacefor turkish socialites. compared to the other zuma’s i have been to around the world this one is the worst. though for istanbul’s standards it is the best asian food option you will get. clean. presentation is as expected. service is good. interior is modern and up to date. safe bet ! i recommend it for dinner. lunch time its generally empty. not convenient for smokers.

anyone looking for a high end dinner, head up to this place

if you want to try a fancy japanese restaurant at istinye park this is the one. it has many types of sushi rolls, maki, sashimis , grills , cocktails, desserts. theplacehas a very nice ambiance and decoration. it is quite big . there is a terrace outside for smokers.

they had a lovely host and great head-waiter, who was so kind to ask me my id when i ordered beer(which was a sapporo and even though it's hard to come by they had it), but quite dark interior due to its design heavily used dark wood
anyway, i was there for lunch so theplacewas quite empty so the service was quick.
i had shrimp tempura and omakase nigiri of 9. tempura batter was good which doesn't overwhelm taste of shrimps and doesn't feel oily. nigiris were good with high quality fish.
by the way grill doesn't utilized for lunches but dinner, so keep this in mind.

rating thisplacea 5 without even blinking. wonderful service, lovely presentation and just amazing food. everything was so fresh and so delicious, and my favorite black cod was super good!! the corn is a must try.

the restaurant is very elegant and classy. the ambiance is fancy and the crowd is chic. what is disappointing is that the decor has very little consideration to the environment: a huge thousand year old tree is cut and used as a table.

we ordered the chef classic menu and it was a delight! we got a soup, a salad, 3 appetizers, a sushi platter, a beef platter, a chicken platter a fish platter and a dessert platter! everything tasted good i couldn't decide on my favorite platter. the lunch lasted 2 hours. i recommend theplacefor business lunch/dinner or to celebrate a special occasion.

my to goplacewhenever im in istanbul. its a perfectplaceto enjoy great selection of musics, lovely variety of drinks and authentic japanese dishes...i'd say zuma in istanbul stands in higher quality and more reasonable price comparing to london and dubai branches...beef skewers, zuma salad, tempura and makis are my fav.

class act. the cuisine is elegant as is theplace(casually so) and the clientele. ingredients are top notch, the presentation is very creative without being precious, and the service is attentive and friendly. you can tell i really like the place. i’ve been here several times. i have to say, the best time for my taste is lunch. at dinner it can be frenetic and crowded, the way the several “hot” restaurants are in miami. at lunch you can really enjoy it, and even more so, with the three course special for miami spice for $23 plus tax and gratuity. we each ordered  different dishes. to start we had the two appetizers, white miso soup and the japanese mizuna salad, greens with bacon and maple dressing . my friend followed with the salmon teriyaki with pickled cucumber, a perfect size portion, very fresh and tasty. a standout was what they call the sashimi collection — a

great fusion seafood creations. thisplaceis great! the ambiance is very miami, with a great view of the bay and the miami river, but not as loud and obnoxious as some other "in" restaurants in the area. reservations are definitely recommended althou waiting at the bar and having a couple of cocktails and appetizers there is lovely as well. the food comes in small portions which is great for sharing, and it comes out as its ready giving you time to savor one while getting excited about what is going to come out next. my favorite options are seafood based: the tuna & salmon tartar is so fresh, the sea-bass sashimi with truffle oil is totally worth trying, and the noodles with lobster are so fun to eat! my dad is a big meat eater and he always walks out satisfied as well (he raves about the spicy beef tenderloins). i have been back to this location plenty of times and would love to try the other ones in london, dubai, or hong kong (day dream much?)

great food, ambiance, service and location. people that said they didn't like theplaceis only because of the price (read reviews). -yes it is up there, but it is also very good. would highly recommend it.
