very interesting and diverse menu. smaller plates to share, but they add up quickly. can get pricey if you don't keep track. everything was nicely presented and tasted great, but inconsistentserviceand delivery. attribute this to opening week adjustments. try it; you'll like it......but count all those small pricy plates as you order.

dinner at zume at the epic. food is technically great. you'd need to be on the beach at one of the heavy hitters to compete with this caliber of food. the portion sizes are small and meant to share which we loved as we have the opportunity to try numerous dishes - def try the yellow tail. wow! theserviceis typical miami, nothing great and no real empathy or hospitality. bring your wallet and all your credit cards because you'll need it. dinner for two with tip ran us $290. and we didn't even fill up on wine, just a few cocktails and a couple of beers. in the end we had a good experiece, the food being the clear highlight. problem is we left yearning for more food and more drink - we were both hungry and thirsty and had just dropped $300. zuma is a special occassion, let's try it once every month type of place and it really doesn't belong in downtown ... not yet at least.

theservicewas really bad, we ordered baby chicken and it took an hour and we ended up canceling it, the waiter wasn’t as attentive as other zuma branches and he was always in a rush and never gave us time to order.

zuma (istanbul) is a good choice when in istinye park. it is the best asian restaurant regarding location, ambiance, popularity. good crowd and a place for turkish socialites. compared to the other zuma’s i have been to around the world this one is the worst. though for istanbul’s standards it is the best asian food option you will get. clean. presentation is as expected.serviceis good. interior is modern and up to date. safe bet ! i recommend it for dinner. lunch time its generally empty. not convenient for smokers.

they had a lovely host and great head-waiter, who was so kind to ask me my id when i ordered beer(which was a sapporo and even though it's hard to come by they had it), but quite dark interior due to its design heavily used dark wood
anyway, i was there for lunch so the place was quite empty so theservicewas quick.
i had shrimp tempura and omakase nigiri of 9. tempura batter was good which doesn't overwhelm taste of shrimps and doesn't feel oily. nigiris were good with high quality fish.
by the way grill doesn't utilized for lunches but dinner, so keep this in mind.

the setup oozes chic. theserviceis amazing and pretty much flawless. the vibe is only enhanced by the beats dropping in remixed classics that s just enough to keep you excited yet not distracted.

do try: the japanese hot pot rice. it seems like a bland and basic choice on the menu. it's not. it's a must have of deliciousness that is rich in flavour from meltedness and mushrooms and the perfect dash of truffles.

no need for: the black cod. usually doesn't go wrong but tonight there was something about the flavours and sweetness that didn't come together well.

the green salad was expertly seasoned as were the calamari. the eggplant side dish was also superbly cooked and a great side to any menu item. the duck gyoza are stuffed to bursting with yummy filling. the sashimi was ok. the sliced spicy beef was also superb and so good that i found space even after thoroughly stuffed.

the mocha bamboo is an incredible dessert, i licked the plate and gobbled it down so fast no one else got to taste. this is a meal where you don't want to skip dessert. leave space for dessert!!

overall, the vibe, food andservicewill keep me coming back.

before you go, know that this is not a sushi restaurant. it is an izakaya. there are a lot of options on the menu, and you can get sushi, but i did not think that it was the best thing we had for dinner. i found the grilled dished were much better quality and better prepared. the sushi was not bad, but not great.servicewas excellent, and i will certainly return for another meal.

absolutely the best japanese restaurant in istanbul. everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. the decorations are very authentic and warm , pleasing to be around. theserviceis excellent and all the staff are friendly. the food selections are very diverse and unique and the way they display the food is wonderful. the sushi tastes amazing, best i've ever had and the beef as well tastes great. they have a wide variety of drinks that look and taste great. i would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

they are too slow in service, the food is ok acceptable but waiting for a very long time for sushi & sashimi is awkward! the staff are friendly, the. restaurant is clean, it’s just the extremely slowservicethat made the experience not good.

food and setting was absolutely fabulous. only problem was the service, poor to say the least. this was by our waiter who was not interested inserviceat all. everyone else seemed fine so shame to bring the resteraunts down due to one man but that's how i feel.

a wonderful experience at this zuma branch. theserviceis wonderful, special thanks to the manager mr. erkan eye who made us feel as vip guests and took care of all the details. the food is nice as zuma standards. i recommend green avocado salad with lemon honey dressing, maki rolls and beef signature dishes. they have a hot drink which is caramel latte is so special. two thumbs up zuma istinye park.

awesome food (as in every other zuma restaurant), niceservicehowever it’s not the prettiest zuma as i think it should have been on a better hotel or rooftop!
all the tempuras were awesome but the best was the seabass tempura and calamari! as always the black cod is perfect! besides that the sushi wasn’t that good however the braised salmon was great! the grilled salmon teriyaki was ok :)

disappointing! the sushi wasn’t fresh, the quality of the sashimi was below average and customerservicewas not attentive. not the value you expect from zuma.

zuma was a incredible experience. theservicewas super careful and kind. the food was amazing: starting from the gyosas and ending with the petit gateau, one of the best i have ever tasted. a must go in miami!

a must experience, took my daughter for dinner and had their premium platter. the chef selects your meal for you. an 11 course dinner including desert. i'm usually not that bold especially in a restaurant that i've never been, but i'm so glad my date talked me into it. it was a shared meal and i can honestly say that one course was better than the other. i was simply wowed. worth every cent, and i'm certainly coming back. while theservicewas very good, and it's a beautiful place, it's great food. if your looking for a quite dinner this is not the place. two thumbs up to the chef.
