go msu dawgs. stewby's is a local seafood joint, drive thru or dine in. no waiting and the food is fresh and hot with fast service. the grilled shrimp are to die for. ate at two other establishments while here, miller's ale house and boathouse oyster house both in destin. i would go back to all three but if i had to rank the three, 1) boathouse; 2) stewby's; 3) miller's ale house.

very good. the fried oyster samwich was awesome. cheese grits were awesome. needed a bigger portion. hush puppies rocked.

stewby's is super!. love stewby's. it has great local fish fixed like mama would have done. the price is right, the atmospheres is fun and the food is realty good. i love oysters and theirs are crispy outside and soft and juicy inside just like i like them. the fried okra is the best in town!

stewby's seasoning gave the food great flavor and the fried food was some of the best i've had. also, the price was low ($45 for four adults) and portions were just right. my family had a great meal and we highly recommend stewby's!

came here on vacation and i have to say i would rather eat here than any of the other high priced places along the beach.

must try. we ate here for lunch and loved it!!! best fried snapper and shrimp we have ever had. very reasonable prices and great screened in porch dining area. if you are anywhere around this area it is a must try.

best fish sandwhich i've had lately. this is a locals place with nothing close by but it is worth the trip. the grouper sandwich i had there last week was the best fish sandwich i've had in 2 years, the staff was friendly also

great seafood. we have been going to fort walton beach for a decade. finally, we have found a place that serves terrific seafood, for a reasonable price, with exceptional quickness! everything served to our table tasted fresh and seasoned perfectly. too many places around here over-season or over-price their seafood, but you can actually taste the seafood at stewby's. though it is off the beaten path, it is well worth finding this place!

very fresh, the kind of seafood place i'd open. we used to eat at sam's oyster house years ago & the gumbo is just as wonderful as i remember. best seafood meal i've had out in decades. be prepared for a laid-back setting with picnic tables and no table service. you order at the counter. perfect with kids, esp. if you get there before 6.

get the gumbo & fried oysters.
