what a great restaurant. it is a small restaurant yet it has a wonderful cheap food with great taste.y friend and i had pad thai and noodle soup with combination of meat. the pad thai was cooked well and tasty. the mix of spices was good. it was served in a large portion. the noodle soup also came in a large portion although i ordered small portion. i really liked the soup. it was so rich. however they only gave a little portion of soup so we had to order more which cost 1$. my friend also recommend their thai grean tea.

pretty good with a variety of mild and spicy thai food. many have an entree size and a main size price, giving flexibility to how much you want to order.

it is packed always as well.

this place deserves all the praise. it is easy to find this place, just spot the most crowded restaurant in front of paddys market. my favorite is absolutely the noodle and pandan breadstick. 0.5 point is taken because the soup is getting lesser from time to time 😢 add more soup plez

great food, but some dishes the portion size was shockingly small.
the skewers of pork are super nice very tender and tasty- must order item!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
the skewers of quail eggs dumplings are nice too, recommended dish.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
green curry- home made very nice and tasty.
stir fried vegetables with tofu in peanut sauce- portion size was shockingly small, smaller than palm size flat lying on the late just like leftover. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 taste wasn't good either.
holy basil is a much better thai restaurant (see my other review), as this one you have to be very careful- some dishes are great, but not every one of them.

terrible service from waiters, i waited 20 minutes for 1 person when i’m first in line and then finally got a table and then ordered my food took 15 minutes, they left it on the bench where i could see it for 5 minutes, trying asking for a spoon as there were none, waitress ignored me. when paying i was handed the wrong bill of 45 dollars when mine was 14

love to come back and try everything on the menu!!!!

the signature is the noodle soup with varied combination and spicy level. the best part is they provide two sizes of bowl - regular and jumbo. if you dine solo, its good to start with regular size and order some skewers later.

the meatball and grill pork skewer is a must. its $2 to $3 each, worth each penny.

we also like the pad kee mow, the sauce is evenly stir fried with the flat noodles. the favor, texture, nothing to complain !

have to try the dessert next time for sure!

the service is vague and slow and almost non-existent, but what do you expect at this price???
the soups and noodles deserve their reputation

rude staff and bad service. i ordered crispy pork with chinese broccoli and oyster sauce. instead it came with a small piece of nomal broccoli and too much rice compare to its advertised photo. this place is popular for its good priced food but i felt cheated and disappointed. false advertising! i won't come back here again. recommend chat thai and holy basil.

we regularly come for the tom yum noodles here, which are amazing, possibly the best we've had in sydney. the pork-based broth is incredibly flavoursome, very tangy and hearty. the fried wonton sheets add an interesting texture to the dish. the tom yum noodles are very reasonably priced, too, at $6.9 for a small bowl. if you're not accustomed to spice, it's best to start at level one and add your own.

service is always very fast, and do dee is usually open until midnight too - making it great for a late snack. the rest of the menu is possibly a little wanting. for something sweet go for the thai iced tea. some of the other drinks and desserts we've had - the pandan juice, a shaved ice dessert - we found a little sickly sweet.

overall would definitely recommend do dee for its tom yum noodles.
