"the place"... look no further as in terms of taste and quality as well as good service, you can't do much better. many claim to serve circassian chicken, but few get it right, and many serve you "beğendi" (she liked it) but end up beğenmedi (she didn't like it) - this was a sad pun. here you get it as if the melanzani has been grilled (charred) and mashed in front of you. you won't find as exotic dishes as for example say "asitane", but that what you do find, will be great, at a price. try the beyti kebap (not to be confused with the urfa style - wrapped in pita thingi - or adana style - basically scewered minced meat with garlic) which is named after the owner who visits each and every table to wish the guest bon apetite, and is the signature dish (you don't have to eat the fat around it, it's there to enhance the taste). other good choices are the yoghurt kebap, and interestingly, the döner. get pickles, homemade and go for the fruit deserts... heavenly. the ambiance depends on which room you are seated. there are more romantic rooms where you can enjoy the company of your spouse, and there are rooms that are good for a business dinner. all in all, each room has character and you don't really ever feel misplaced or sidelined. the place has its own carpark and close to the airport. only negative is that it's pricey... well... quality has a price.
