went to a birthday party in thisrestaurantwhich is situated in anna nagar east the street adjacent to porr and sons near roundtana. situated on the first floor, the ambience was good and clean, has around 50+ seaters with visible kitchen, a growing kitchen trend nowadays.
therestaurantowner was courteous and guided us from the time entered till the time we exit. we are 20 in the count, butter milk and pappad was given as a compliment.
we started from soup,

tandoori pepper chicken- tasted great,
murg malai kebab- pieces of chicken marinated in cream sauce cooked in tandoor tasted excellent, the chicken was so soft and tender and melted in our mouth.
paneer –e-kas-sheek – cottage cheese kebab glazed with mozzarella cheese, cream & dry fruits with indian herbs cooked in tandoor, tasted average
rara ghost – mixture of minced mutton and mutton with rich & spicy gravy garnished with chopped egg, tasted great.
mutton/chicken dum biriyani- both the biriyani’s tasted good
apart from that butter roti, mutton chukka, peas pulao, chilly babycorn, egg noodles, schezwan egg noodles, vegetable biriyani’s were ordered.
for dessert, we ordered butter scotch, mango and chocolate ice cream.
finally, we ordered
shahi tukda- also known as double ka meetha is a sweet of lucknow, a muhalai bread pudding and is an ultimate winter dessert. small pieces of bread fried in ghee and topped with creamy rabri.
the bill came around 6500/- for 20 members.
overall almaza is a great place to have f o o d.
