went for lunch here. the ambience was good. starters were nice and spicy but the main course dishes which were listed as very spicy (paneer mirchi) / (baby corn) turned out to be very bland and sweet. also all the dishes had too much salt in them.. also the pulao rice was very hard and not fully cooked.

the prices also were very high compared to the quantity / quality offoodprovided...

a great place with wonderful ambience, greatfoodand service. this was actually our first time at the restaurant. the locale itself was very quiet as it is in a residential area. we ordered prawns mehrusnnisa - very good and mutton kebab - exceptional. the service was prompt and the waiters were very pleasant. will visit again for more varieties!
and also very reasonable :)

good place - we’ve gone there for lunch and dinner at different times.foodis always consistently good and so is the service. we had vegetarianfoodand i while this place is already popular with non vegetarians i would recommend this to vegetarians as well.

have been to this place lots of times. never let's me down always pleasant service awesomefoodand wonderful ambiance.. the biriyani is one of the best in the city the chilly milly murg is one of a kind. recommended for everyone

food, ambience as well as the service was great. being a vegetarian, i was suggested to have the best from the menu by their staffs. north indianfoodwas amazing. has become one of my favourites.

thefoodhere is good with a great ambience. they specialize in kebabs. the best are the platter as per your choice. mix non veg platter is good and definitely worth trying.

i have been living around anna nagar for two decades! but i myself took some time to locate this place, since there is no big landmark nearby. i would suggest everyone to use google map! we a group of 15, visited this place and had pre booked the tables in advance with a request to put us all in one place. but we had to settle down in two different tables. we had ordered almost all the major dishes in the menu, but the egg curry and the platters( both seafood& non veg) were the best. their briyani which had so much hype, wasn't grand! their rates were comparatively cheaper than sea shell! everything was pleasant except for their service!

one of the best restaurant in chennai, especially the non veg items were very delicious..
service was very nice and they will suggest u about the quantity offoodavailable per plate.. which stops u from ordering unnecessary and avoid wastage !!

lovely ambiance . with great menu. great service.
went on christmas day for lunch, decent crowd. the best part about thefoodwas - it was all freshly made (right in front of us, could see through the kitchen window) and suited to our liking.
definitely going there for other future occasions. a must try for all. 👌

almaza is our default go-to place for a quiet lunch or dinner. set in a quiet corner in anna nagar, the place offers a good ambience and is an ideal spot for a family gathering. what i like about the place is how accommodating they are of their customer’s needs. many a times i have orderedfoodwith special dietary needs (no salt, no oil etc) and each time they have delivered without hesitation. their prawn and mutton dishes are a must try. we always go back for zahir who is a friendly face and ensures that we are comfortable. courteous staff, hygienic setting and super yummy food. worth the money.

i've been to almaza many times, they always serve high qualityfoodwith good taste and portion. last time i went they didn't have any of the mutton starter except mutton sheek kebab. for a mutton lover it was a disappointment. please try to have all the menu items available.

what has happened to al maza ? it was one of the nicest place to eat with very good service but it has become horrible now. the person taking the order is always on a phone call. he doesn’t attend us in time. he did not listen to any instruction that we gave about how we wanted our food. i asked for thefoodto be hot (which is a very small thing to ask) but no all thefoodwas cold or just warm. the service is soooo poor. i had to ask for water glass, cutlery, tissues, each and every time, even plates. it has become soooo bad. i am too disappointed and don’t think will go there ever again.

the ice creams came melted. the delivery executive said that he had to pick up a second order in another restaurant where he was kept waiting, which resulted in our ice creams getting melted. pls ensure that ice cream orders are not clubbed withfoodorders. tnx
