stella's dromana hotel

loin pork in orange soy on mash. the entire meal was excellent, never tasted nicer pork and the vegies were awesome. this along with fresh bread and lovely service made for agreatexperience

what agreatplace to have something to eat and have a drink! a big call out to the nice blonde lady at the bar who made us feel welcome, good to see such warm customer service.

staff member recommended the lamb cutlet, good recommendation! never been here before and i thought it was agreathotel for a meal and drink.

the meals were large, reasonably priced and more importantly enjoyed by the whole family. agreatbistro to have a good value pub style lunch.

well this place not only ticked the box for us because it had a play area to entertain the children, but it was affordable and yummy! not having to swallow your over sized pieces of food, in order to get the food down quicker, while your kids were breaking glasses and spilling drinks out of sheer boredom was agreatstart for us. they played while we ordered, first entree then mains and deserts. every meal that came out was pub size portions but fresh and delicious. we had crumbed calamari to share for entree, mains were chicken parmigiana's while the kids had sausages and chips and the other lasagna and chips. the kids deserts were only $3 each so we couldn't deny them that. everything was just lovely and definitely what i love about a pub meal. the ambience was just cosy and warm. we will definitely go back in summer.

came on a friday night for a birthday and was agreatplace for a night out. food was nice pub grub. the ambiance is good and the staff were very smiley even though waiting tables can be a tough job.

we had dinner at stella's bistro on a wednesday night. the service is friendly as and very accommodating! we ordered the surf and turf, for $32 being from perth it wasgreatvalue. the meat was cooked well, wasn't rested properly but the sauce was nice. salad and chips were standard pub grub. the waitress brought us out a nice big piece of sticky date covered with sauce. it was bangin and she was lovely. good pub grub!!

agreathotel. been here a few times and find it serves good food, we have always left happy. the specials change quite often so it's worth asking. we tend to sit in the back room with the glass roof but the front bar is also a good option.

casual, yet servesgreatfood. cold beer on tap! it's actually harder to find in dromana than you think. the beer went down well with a well cooked schnitzel. very casual place to have a meal.

pretty good. i was a little concerned coming here due to the mixed reviews on urban spoon. glad we made the choice to eat here. we ordered a couple of the special parma's they had one the board, they were great! very tastygreatportions , chicken was nice wasn't dry, chips and salad was good too. would come back for a feed again.

good pub food.. excellent fresh pub food.greatvariety of beer on tap. prices are quite good considering the serving sizes are quite large.

bang go buck the best hotel .... after reading some of the reviews i had to post again. someone said the food was 70's pub food etc. give me a break, you are having a feed in dromana not portsea. if you wish to dine al la carte this is not the place for you. stella's offers value for money eating. i love the lamb cutlets on mash with gravy. that's good old fashioned pub grub. it's agreatfood and i rate it above all the other hotels on the peninsula. you can pay twice as much at the portsea pub and it doesn't meet the standard. value for money this is the place.
