great food. went on good friday wasn't very busy which was nice.
staff were very pleasant and the food was good and tasty.
prices were very good for food and wine.
will go back again.

poor service (actually no service), goind our own table, menus, 5+ staff walked past with no acknowledgement. lamb racks rubbery and overcooked, medium rare steak came well done. no wonder staff didnt ask how meal was. when giving feedback felt it was falling on deaf ears. not returning and first ever time have felt stronv enough to post a review.

bistro meal.. an old style pub across the water in dromana. a large range of drinks at the bar was served by a nice man. the lamb chops i ordered were very good. my wife had the scallops and was also very happy with the meal. not expensive considering the size of the dishes.

waiting, waiting.... after waiting for 20 minutes to place our order, we then waited another 70 minutes for our mains to arrive... if we haven't paid upfront we would have walked out much earlier.

the melbourne-prices for ordinary pub-grub was not worth the wait, and the response we received when we asked after our dinner was surly and unhelpful.

fresh food. our group was really happy with the food. the duck i ordered was very succulent. it was busy but the waitress gave us a fair warning before we ordered. plenty of drinks to choose from the bar. next time we're in dromana we will come back.

terrible service. waited forever for our food, when we asked how it was going the staff were extremely rude... food eventually came and it was pretty ordinary, won't be going back here in a hurry...

great fish & chips!. the serving of fish and chips was massive. nice side of salad. the hamburger was also quite good. made for a pleasant afternoon.

very happy!. this is a big pub you don't realise this until you walk in. some areas are more modern than others though. our family were all happy with our meals and we didn't have to wait to long. very satisfied and likely to return.

disappointed!! rotten lettuce! burnt garlic bread!
please learn the etiquette! if there are people still eating, don't try and clear one plate!
just basic food etiquette!

pretty good. i was a little concerned coming here due to the mixed reviews on urban spoon. glad we made the choice to eat here. we ordered a couple of the special parma's they had one the board, they were great! very tasty great portions , chicken was nice wasn't dry, chips and salad was good too. would come back for a feed again.

nice meal. very happy with the steak. it was quite busy but we didn't have to wait to long for our meal. the kids had fun in the play room. enjoyed the experience.

no no no. overcooked veggies to the point of inedible. lumpy mash and overcooked frozen peas. we stopped cooking rack of lamb past medium in this country years ago and medium rare to medium would be more preferable. presentation is akin with the pub food of the seventies and no love is in the food or the attitude to being involved with food, service is poor. to the waitress who asked if we were finished because she wanted to close her till how about offering the dessert menu or an option then give me your problems.

delicious meal. overall very satisfied with the meal. i was very impressed with the large menu as it caters for all tastes. seafood was fresh and i will return next time i visit dromana.
