awesome.. best filet i've had in a loooonnnng time. and the sweet potatoe fries with drizzled honey on top....perfect.

food and service was excellent. i had the new york strip and flavor was tantalizing. great variety! fresh ground pepper from the server. prices were not too terrible either!

terrible!!. not sure why my original review was removed but this was the worst dining experience i have ever had. to start out i ordered the chicken and shrimp wrapped in bacon and the chicken was raw. not just under cooked, it was raw. next our steaks were both bloody although they were ordered med well. my wife ordered grilled shrimp with her steak and was given fried. she told them not to worry about it and they then brought her grilled as well and then charged us for both. it took so long to receive our food we didn't bother sending our steaks back.

we ate lunch there this week with the high hopes that it would be as good as the one in dallas, but we were greatly disappointed. my husband had a 10 oz ribeye. it was very thin and had quite a bit of fat on it. i had a 6 oz sirloin and grilled shrimp. the steak was dry and not very flavorful and not very tender.
there were tons of servers constantly walking by our table and all trying to take our plates! maybe if we set back in a corner it would be better, but idk....
all in all it was a disappointment and not worth the $40 that our mediocre lunch cost us. we really wanted it to be good as we love a great steakhouse, but we probably won't be back.

pretty good for a chain.... my wife and i have been here twice mainly because it reminds us of the steak/barbecue places we liked in texas.

the place is usually busy, no big d though. the food is worth it and so is the beer. the prime rib is perfect and seems to come out at least 2 oz. larger than what the menu says. the ribs are also fall off the bone wonderful and has just the right amount of sauce.

the service is generally good, although i was a little off put with an older woman waitress who asked us for our drink order when we were with family and copped an attitude when nobody said anything and i told her my drink order. then she proceeded to tell me "ladys first" and when she got back around to me, acted like she forgot i had said "iced tea.". she's lucky that i wasn't paying/tipping.

otherwise, this is a place i can see coming back here again!

the steaks are excellent, they melt in your mouth. the seasoning was fantastic. my husband and i enjoyed it very much. not only is the food delicious, but raylee our server provided wonderful service, she checked on us and made sure we had everything we wanted. we will definitely be going back.

chain restaurants might have a more difficult time maintaining consistency with the quality of food prep and service and this is no exception. although still rates in my top three chains!

return visit for excellent meal and service. ribeye, prime rib, and surf and turf were perfect! don't recommend the ribs however, manager said they are baked...very dry. the fried mushrooms are addictive.

yum. i know it's a steakhouse but when red robin seriously let me down i went across the street to saltgrass for a burger. they don't have all the bun options red robin does but they really came through on the beef patty and the bun wasn't bad either. the burger was about $1 more than the same thing at red robin across the street but totally worth it.

great lunch. tried saltgrass for lunch, was a little afraid it would be too expensive, or not have anything that appealed to me. i was wrong. they have a terrific lunch menu, with some menu items as low as 8 bucks. i chose the tenderloin tips, which are served in a bowl with sauce and tons of mushrooms. i asked for it rare, and was very pleased - the saltgrass kitchen understands what rare means! it was awesome. i chose romano potatoes as my side, and they were great as well. i'll definitely come back.

the only (very) minor drawback was that our waiter seemed very unfamiliar with the menu (maybe he was new.) my friend asked him what he recommended, and he told us that he had only ever tried a single item off of the lunch menu, so couldn't really tell us what he liked.

was there last week. took 25 minutes to get spinach and artichoke appetizer. took another 35 minutes for main meal to come out. steak was good but had to ask for butter and sour cream to fix very dry mashed potatoes. another family member ordered a chicken salad with no egg, came with egg on it. manager came over offered to make a new one but was told we would rather not wait to get a new one and he could go ahead and take the original back because it was no longer wanted. did not comp the uneaten salad. seriously poor customer service.

i'll have the steak hold the attitude. i have been to this location several times. the food is ok maybe a bit pricy for the quality. i will say the bread is good. the service however is lacking. i will never visit this location again. i made a reservation for myself and two friends. i called early afternoon and made the reservation for 8:30 pm. we showed up at the restaurant at about 8:20. i went to check in with the host and was told the wait would be 45 minutes minimum. i asked about the reservation and she snottily replied we don't take reservations. to which i responded, "that's not what they told me when i called earlier and took my reservation along with my name and number". i then was referred to the ego wielding manager who chirped in "i don't know who you spoke with but we don't take reservations and if you have a problem you can go somewhere else". wow i have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant. what ever happened to the customer is always right. i felt like i was intruding at a private country club or something. i then traveled up the street to texas roadhouse where i was promptly greeted by a polite staff and seated almost immediately. the food was just as good and the prices are better as well.
