superior saturday brunch. crisp clean sharp white on white lines - modern elegance graces downtown okc.
start with a very good - no - excellent cup of coffee.
fresh squeezed orange juice - delicious.
amazing fried chicken pot pie - you need to order this!
brunch for 6 hungry adults - about $90.
all 6 found brunch a wonderful experience - we will be back - soon!!
this was my third visit and each visit has been as delightfully satisfying as the last.

i can say i've been... the layout was weird. we stood in line to get a number to stand around to wait for our number to be called. we went to the coffee bar to order coffee and stood around waiting for that. chai latte was ok. waited almost 30 minutes to be told we could go stand in line to order our food then we would be seated. food was good, but not worth the hassle of standing in numerous lines. the supervisor assured us this was the last day of the confusing process. it could be worth another try it's they're changing the process, but with the parking downtown and wait time i'll pass.

we really loved the food, but the service is very poor, and it's so hard to figure out how the ordering system will be performed from one month to the next. such a shame, could be really great if they would stop trying to find a "niche" or "gimmick," and just have table service at which they supply menus with which to order the really tasty food.

we went for lunch and were told there would be a 30-45 minute wait. we were a little surprised as there were plenty of empty tables, and no one really waiting. the hostess acted like she didn't really want us to say we would wait, but we did. as we were waiting, several other people came in and were quoted the same thing and left. by then even more tables were opening up, so i asked why there was such a wait, and why they were turning so many people away. she told me they were all reserved. after we were finally seated, a very smug waiter came over and unenthusiastically asked what we would like. we ordered, got drinks and then again waited for quite a long time for our food. by then they were finally beginning to seat people in all the empty tables. we noticed a couple who came in and ordered much after we did had received their order and were eating. thinking they had a waiter who liked them maybe? occasionally our waiter would unhappily make his way by to check on us. very short and moody with anything asked of him. when another waiter finally brought our food, we ordered another drink from him. and my food just didn't come. a few minutes later, my food came and still no drink. and no apology for the late food. when we were nearly finished, our waiter came back and we said we had ordered drinks but didn't need it any more. his response was just like okay whatever. not apologetic or sincere at all. finally got the check and sent on our way with the same sullen, smug demeanor by our waiter. bottom line is that the food is definitely very good. but their service and organization is just off. i've given this place a few chances and been underwhelmed by it for that exact reason. doubt i'll be back.

i had high hopes for this restaurant. the atmosphere is amazing, but beyond that this restaurant doesn't have much to offer. we waited 30 minutes for a table while half of the tables in the restaurant were open. when we were finally seated, we were taken outside. as we were walking outside, i stated that we would like a table inside and the lady told us we would have to wait another 20 minutes. we finally agreed to sit outside and were taken to a dirty table. we said it was unacceptable and she finally found us a table inside. it didn't take long for our waitress to greet us, but she informed us if we wanted anything with expresso it would be a 15-20 minute wait since there was just one barista. my husband opted for the regular coffee which took 15 minutes anyway. the menu was limited and the food was average at best. overall, we were very disappointed and will probably not return.

kitchen no.324 - first visit - 5/5/13. sunday morning at approx. 10:35 this place is standing room only. as i was alone, was seated along the "bar" (row of seats facing street)right away. i went up to place my order and while was gone some not so nice diner took my utensils and place mat so when the young man brought me my coffee i told him what happened, pointed to my empty space, and asked him for a spoon for my coffee. he acted as if i was speaking greek! geez! he never came back! i had a heck of a time hailing down some help and finally was able to get a nice young man to bring me utensils. i wanted to dislike this place by now because of the already less than good service but the food came and my order was delicious. i had poached eggs on fried green tomato and egg muffin. the sauce was amazing. i counted eight slim slices of potatoes, but figured although tiny portion, it was good for my weight. oh, and no one ever came by to offer me more coffee. i'm a pretty patient person. i will try this place again and hopefully service will be better.

amazing food, outstanding service, lovely atmosphere! it really doesn't get much better than this. over the top experience. the wait of 45 min (10:30-11:15) on a saturday morning was expected and totally worth it. kid friendly too. although this would be an excellent adult night out place.
hubby had the fried chicken pot pie. wow! loved it and he's a picky eater. i had the eggs benedict special with canadian bacon. delicious. our kids had a cinnamon roll and a blueberry orange scone all made fresh daily, and a fresh fruit bowl. they absolutely loved it. we definitely will be back.

downtown treat. kitchen no. 324 is trendy, open, and shiny. the place was packed at 10:30 on sat. morning and the wait was approx. 45 min. there is a barista on duty for drinks or pastries (think starbucks) and access to an outdoor plaza where one can wait. we had coffee, mocha, and an apple fritter on the plaza before we were seated and chose to eat outside as well at the tables located there (one should take the oklahoma wind into account). the entrees chosen were navy bean soup, yukon potato salad, aromatic chicken salad, and roasted carrots w/ local honey for our sixteen-month-old. all of these were delicious. the carrots were cooked crispy, and our daughter could not manage them; however, at our request, the chef cooked a new order that was perfectly done for a small child with a few teeth. our server was efficient, pleasant, and professional. in short, we will most definitely return to this gem in okc's reawakening downtown.

a nice surprise!. we attended no. 324 after the okc memorial marathon. after looking downtown for a place to eat at while we waited for our shuttle to arrive, we came across this place.

i ordered the "green eggs and ham" and an iced mocha. i was pleasantly surprised how tasty this confection of panchetta, arugala, and poached egg on an english muffin tasted. it was wonderfully light, but i still left feeling well-fed and satisfied, as did the rest of the attendees in my party. i sampled a couple of the other choices, and they seemed very tasty as well. the food seemed to be a good value for what you paid for.

as for the iced mocha i ordered, it was a tiny bit overpriced, but not any more than a starbucks coffee. however, the cold brew coffee at 324 is much better than starbucks from my experience, and i would gladly enjoy one there again.

service is a little different at this restaurant as opposed to others due to the way you order and pay for your food before it is delivered for you. think of it as a noodles & company- style of ordering. however, there is staff that goes around with coffee and water to the tables, and they were extremely attentive and polite.

overall, my experience at kitchen no. 324 was very satisfactory, and i would enjoy going back there again.

my gosh... that giant pancake... it's the stuff of dreams. it tastes a bit like a cake donut that's big enough for the whole table to enjoy. great service in airy surroundings.

don't bother.  just ok food  2 couples, service was fine.  coffee was yuck.  cappuccino was yum!  food was definitely not great.  the salmon app off-menu special was good, but all 4 of us were disappointing with our overpriced brunch choices!

went for breakfast but there are no traditional or even halfway normal breakfast options. eggs only come poached and no other way. check the menu before you go.
