i can say i've been... the layout was weird. we stood in line to get a number to stand around to wait for our number to be called. we went to thecoffeebar to ordercoffeeand stood around waiting for that. chai latte was ok. waited almost 30 minutes to be told we could go stand in line to order our food then we would be seated. food was good, but not worth the hassle of standing in numerous lines. the supervisor assured us this was the last day of the confusing process. it could be worth another try it's they're changing the process, but with the parking downtown and wait time i'll pass.

i had high hopes for this restaurant. the atmosphere is amazing, but beyond that this restaurant doesn't have much to offer. we waited 30 minutes for a table while half of the tables in the restaurant were open. when we were finally seated, we were taken outside. as we were walking outside, i stated that we would like a table inside and the lady told us we would have to wait another 20 minutes. we finally agreed to sit outside and were taken to a dirty table. we said it was unacceptable and she finally found us a table inside. it didn't take long for our waitress to greet us, but she informed us if we wanted anything with expresso it would be a 15-20 minute wait since there was just one barista. my husband opted for the regularcoffeewhich took 15 minutes anyway. the menu was limited and the food was average at best. overall, we were very disappointed and will probably not return.

kitchen no.324 - first visit - 5/5/13. sunday morning at approx. 10:35 this place is standing room only. as i was alone, was seated along the "bar" (row of seats facing street)right away. i went up to place my order and while was gone some not so nice diner took my utensils and place mat so when the young man brought me mycoffeei told him what happened, pointed to my empty space, and asked him for a spoon for my coffee. he acted as if i was speaking greek! geez! he never came back! i had a heck of a time hailing down some help and finally was able to get a nice young man to bring me utensils. i wanted to dislike this place by now because of the already less than good service but the food came and my order was delicious. i had poached eggs on fried green tomato and egg muffin. the sauce was amazing. i counted eight slim slices of potatoes, but figured although tiny portion, it was good for my weight. oh, and no one ever came by to offer me more coffee. i'm a pretty patient person. i will try this place again and hopefully service will be better.

a nice surprise!. we attended no. 324 after the okc memorial marathon. after looking downtown for a place to eat at while we waited for our shuttle to arrive, we came across this place.

i ordered the "green eggs and ham" and an iced mocha. i was pleasantly surprised how tasty this confection of panchetta, arugala, and poached egg on an english muffin tasted. it was wonderfully light, but i still left feeling well-fed and satisfied, as did the rest of the attendees in my party. i sampled a couple of the other choices, and they seemed very tasty as well. the food seemed to be a good value for what you paid for.

as for the iced mocha i ordered, it was a tiny bit overpriced, but not any more than a starbucks coffee. however, the cold brewcoffeeat 324 is much better than starbucks from my experience, and i would gladly enjoy one there again.

service is a little different at this restaurant as opposed to others due to the way you order and pay for your food before it is delivered for you. think of it as a noodles & company- style of ordering. however, there is staff that goes around withcoffeeand water to the tables, and they were extremely attentive and polite.

overall, my experience at kitchen no. 324 was very satisfactory, and i would enjoy going back there again.

don't bother.  just ok food  2 couples, service was fine. coffeewas yuck.  cappuccino was yum!  food was definitely not great.  the salmon app off-menu special was good, but all 4 of us were disappointing with our overpriced brunch choices!

i had the fried green tomato benedict and it was rather good. the coffee, however, left much to be desired. the latte that i had was artfully crafted, but tasted like the burned bottom of acoffeepot. the "irish coffee" tasted like extremely burnedcoffeeand whipped cream; i did not even taste a hint of irish cream or whiskey. i was extremely disappointed, given how highly they taut their full-servicecoffeebar, and given the price they make you pay for this "coffee."

favorite brunch place in okc! the green eggs and ham is my personal favorite, but every day they have a special, it's amazing! also if you walk straight to the back left of the restaurant, you can grab acoffeeand pastry to go. the orange-blueberry scones are a game changer.

service is worse than the coffee. arrived at 1020am, 30min wait despite >30% tables open!coffeesuper bitter. open face sandwich delicious but chorizo biscuit and gravy disappointing- very little flavor, gravy only on one side of biscuit, chorizo bland.

i have to admit, food wise, that this is my favorite restaurant in oklahoma city. everything is fresh and delicious and consistent! i typically order the poached pear salad with smoked salmon and would recommend it a hundred times over. thecoffeeis always great, strong and rich. the problem i have is the staff. i always feel as if the service is less than par. a bunch of young trendy adults who act as if they have somewhere better to be. i often have to ask for things over and over. coming from many years in the service industry, i don't expect a lot. i like my drinks to be kept full and food to be timely. however, i have had one server in particular who seems to do the bare minimum. i always dread when i get her, but the food makes up for it. as for the management, they are beyond friendly. always helpful, but even they seem a bit aloof. we waited 20 minutes for a check last time and there were five other tables aside from us and only one was dining. i will continue to go because it's hard to find great food, but the staff needs some polishing. it has potential to be one of the best in the state.

nice place. pros: food was excellent! very nice atmosphere. i had the eggs benedict with fried green tomato. loved it! the chicken pot pie looks interesting.. comes with a fried drumstick sticking out of it. our table of four all loved our brunch entrees. coffee/latte bar is awesome!coffeeand espresso bean quality is very good.

cons: construction outside the restaurant makes parking a hassle. tables are bench seating in close proximity. makes it feel like you are eating with the guest beside you but noise level wasn't too bad.

will definitely return and looking forward to the food and visit.

underwhelmed. we ate at k324 on sunday...35 minute wait to be seated was expected. the restaurant was clean and busy, full of hip and well to do people.

our server acted as though we were stupid to eat there on sunday. he reminded us how busy they were. the brunch menu menu looked great, except there is only 1 vegetarian option. we both ordered it (fried green tomato). we also ordered a kids mac and cheese and a danish and two cups ofcoffee(special ethiopian brew).

the kids mac and cheese came out luke warm. i am a bit crazy about food safety. i don't think it was kept at proper temp.

then thecoffeecame out with no cream. we asked for cream and our server acted like it was a huge challenge. he said "i guess i can get that". 5 mins later our cream was brought out by someone else. after about 5 mins, our server said that there were out of danishes and offered us a cronut. we accepted and then he told us we were lucky because there were only going to charge us 2.5 not 4.5!

then we waited and waited...about 30 mins later, they brought out two plates that were not what we ordered. we told them what we ordered...about 30 min later we got what we ordered. no apology.

the food was just ok. again, it was not hot. the potatoes were greasy and not crispy. nothing to write home about.coffeewas exceptional.

i think the restaurant has some management issues. no one ever checked on us or acknowledged these issues. there was no immediacy in correcting the wrong order. overall, i thought no one really cares about our experience.

there is so many great restaurants out there in okc, i had hoped this would be one of them. a great atmosphere is not enough to keep your customers coming back.

great, fresh food - but don't be surprised by the brunch crowd.. i had sunday brunch here a few weeks after the opening - and while the wait was considerable (35-40 minutes for 2 hangry people), the food was worth it.

while my boyfriend opted for the pretty straightforward eggs benedict, i tried the farmer's market plate - you choose from the sides to create your own super-meal. i got the scarlet quinoa, little mixed greens salad, roasted carrots, and a poached egg - all extremely fresh and tasty.

thecoffeewas decent, though not as phenomenal as they'd like you to believe. but i almost shouted when i found out that they press their own fruit and veggie juices. aside from the late matthew kenney (r.i.p, mk!) and whole foods, okc is pretty lacking in the juice department. no longer!

i'll be stopping back by the cafe for the juice, and i'll try dining in when it's not as busy. overall, very impressed.

nothing to write home about. i read previous reviews regarding the quality of the coffee, but was sorely disappointed by the lack of body and substance. as a visitor from seattle, thecoffeewas plain and weak. the hand forged donuts were a little on the stale side (even though the chocolate glaze was tasty). the only bright spots were the fried green tomatoes with poached eggs and the menu prices.

understated and delicious. my husband and i went on a weekday morning so the place was fairly empty. the decor is clean and modern, but comfortable. i ordered poached eggs, an english muffin, bruleed grapefruit, and a cappuccino. my husband ordered the strata, a cinnamon roll, and a latte. ourcoffeewas great, with perfect foam. my eggs were simple but delicious--finished with chives and coarse salt. the texture of my english muffin was very good and served with butter and fresh berry preserves. the brulee topping on my grapefruit was a little over the top, but i easily broke off what i didn't want. my husband said his cinnamon roll was probably the best he's ever had so i had to try it ;) it was buttery and covered in icing, but surprisingly was not sugary sweet. i definitely plan on going back for lunch sometime.

worth it if you enjoy waiting rooms.... i've never had a more perplexing wait. they seem to prefer customers sitting in the lobby as opposed to at tables. i don't have a problem waiting at a restaurant as long as it's for a reason, but there was no sense of urgency to get bodies in seats.

we were dining for 2 and told the wait would be 25-30 minutes. when we asked about the 5 open seats by the window we were told they were part of the waiting list. that would have been understandable if we wouldn't have spent the next 20 minutes looking at the same open seats that we would eventually be seated at. in addition to being forced to look at open seats our entire wait, we watched the manager have a 10-minute conversation with what appeared to be a friend while tables were waiting to be cleared.

once seated the service was tolerable. the server did a decent job, but could have had a greater sense of urgency. the food was excellent and arrived faster than expected. the open-faced toast is very delicious and the potatoes are equally as tasty. thecoffeewas very good - crisp and strong.

if there isn't a wait the food is undoubtedly worth the price. they did a nice job designing and marketing the restaurant, as it has very likeable-urban feel to it. however, it's difficult to overlook the arrogance of the staff as a whole.
