the most amazing atmosphere and customer service! the food is ok... it's notgreatbut it's not bad. i've been there a few times and most recently ordered a steak medium-rare. it came out very unevenly cooked and very tough to eat. my friends ordered snorkels and we were disappointed they haven't yet got the memo that no one enjoys the snitzel on top of the fries! it makes them soggy! plus our side salad were literally a bowl of rocket a few specks of parmesan and about 2 shavings of pear... for the price it just does not cut it!

have been here a few times and had very different experiences. went there for dinner last night & ordered a chicken snitty with mushroom gravy, a staple for any pub worth it's salt but was very disappointed! the snitty it's self was tiny, no bigger then my hand. it was very dry and was like cutting through leather. for 23$ i was quite disappointed. my partner had a meat lovers pizza which he did not enjoy either, it was covered in a very tasteless pork meat that ruined the entire pizza.

visited for sunday lunch with some friends and was happily surprised! the setting was beautiful, the dinning room on the second floor has wall to wall glass doors allowing you to enjoy thegreatviews in a winters day from the warmth of inside ( the warmth thanks to a large wood fire in the dinning room!) the hotel also has a large deck/ balcony that will be lovely in the warmer weather but a bit chilly in the cold as there are no outdoor heaters. the food was above average pub fare with all the usuals appearing on the menu along with wood oven pizzas ( available in sml, medium & lge. large being more then enough to share between 2!) i enjoyed a delicious and very large burger for $15. i couldn't fault the food but found the staff were a little on the slack side, we requested some aioli that we never did end up getting.
all in all agreatrenovated pub just a few minutes drive from the north eastern suburbs but still nestled away in a quiet scenic spot of the adelaide hills, will defiantly be back!!

first time here, the last few times we had tried going they were packed out, so it’s always good to ring ahead and book a table. the pub is set on the side of a hill over looking paddocks and a creek.greatview and nicely presented dinking room. we had slow-cooked pork belly and a steak. the meals were perfectly cooked. we had house beer and it was a standout brew! very enjoyable afternoon, the staff weregreatand very attentive. the pricing was reasonable considering the satisfaction levels we experienced! will definitely be returning!

wow what agreatfind. a historic old pub sympathetically restored. beautiful restaurant area and balcony overlooking the hills and a stream. service efficient. food excellent - try the amazing chicken wings and pretty good tomato arancini. good selection of local beers on tap and by the bottle. recommended. we’ll be back.

have been here for lunch a couple of times and it is agreatspot complete with a lovely view of intense greenery! the space inside is old warm & welcoming and the staff were delightful. the burgers are tasty and pizza (the hahndorf meatlovers one in particular) is delicious. would've liked to try the pear and blue cheese pizza but need to have it with another fan of blue cheese! :) the prices are a wee bit more than average, but the flavours and service make it worth it. the wine list is also good and local too. :)

had dinner with my family after experiencing manygreatbreakfasts at the inglewood inn. after eating dinner here, i can confirm that myself and the rest of my family will never dine there again. upon arrival we were informed several dishes were unavailable which they did not inform us upon booking. one person ordered flat head fish and got 1 fillet of flat head and another fillet of something unrecognisable. frozen vegetables, no bread rolls, unhappy staff who were unhelpful and unhappy where we felt as though it was inconvenience to ask for any kind of menu assistance. also, upon  inquiring whether it was 'vegan friendly' when first inquiring we were told they had vegan options. when booking we were also assured there were vegan options. however when dining in the only options were vegetables (which were frozen) and a pizza with only tomatoes on it. worst $320.00 ever spent.

fantastic breakfast with stunning views. this morning i ordered the house made granola on the new breakfast menu. i have to say it was the best granola ive had!
it was served in a toffee basket accompanied with a side of milk which you pour in then smash the toffee with your fork, spreading toffee crumbs throughout the bowl.
it had agreatflavour and texture and was presented beautifully.
also, fantastic views and scenery to start the day off smile emoticon i would highly recommend coming here for breakfast and i will be returning soon

so much potential... wasted. i have eaten here maybe 3 times over the past 3-4 years. the pub setting is excellent and has some serious potential to be agreatexperience, but it is far far from it. everytime i have been i have walked away disappointed. either poor service, stuff ups with bookings, incorrect meals or extremely slow service of meals. there is always something that pops up everytime. we ordered nuggets from the kids menu for 1 of the kids and was presented with fish and chips. good thing he doesnt have a fish allergy. the part i find the worst is they have the nerve to put a sign outside reading "10% additional surcharge on sundays" which is to cover the higher penalty rates for sunday trading (so they can still make a ridiculous amount of mark up from their over priced meals and beers). made my very average salt and pepper squid with about 12 chips and some boring salad $25+

3 strikes and you are out in my book

friendly. i would suggest an evening visit, and sit out in the dining area out the back, and enjoy the serenity.
relax, because sometimes the service isn't the best. the publican & his wife are quite a jovial friendly pair, happy to mingle amongst the patrons. the beer is always cold, and the food is adequate. don't go there withgreatexpectations, and you will enjoy it. the location is nothing short of brilliant! ..... have been there on many occasions. i have been very fortunate and never had a bad meal yet. just slow in coming sometimes, and i have noticed recently the portions are getting smaller. still worth a visit.

eading out to a country pub on a sunday is something that i (nathan) find myself doing a lot more recently. it's an opportunity to get out of the city, experience some new food and take in some of adelaide'sgreatscenery. the  inglewood inn  is one that has intrigued me everytime i have driven past as the car park is always full. this is generally a good sign for a country venue. we decided to book a table one sunday lunch and give it a go.

still sitting here in a hypnotic state after eating the inglewood burger. after my taste buds were done convulsing and my brain was done enjoying the opium like reaction to the amazing flavours, i sculled down my crystal beer and achieved pure satisfaction.

damn, i just noticed although this place is in the middle of nowhere it is busy! it's either the outstanding food or the scenic views.

the inglewood burger was second to none in size and flavour. not to mention the delicious chips that accompany it with a rustic tomato relish dipping sauce.

even tho this place is busy, service and time for food to come out does not falter.

surrounded by my loved ones, theirs and my delicious meals, nice atmosphere andgreatscenic views - inglewood inn has been a fantastic lunch out for my father's birthday.
