hattiesburg gem. this place is off the chart delicious! the food is amazing, the atmosphere is great & service is wonderful! love that they give you the same huge portions even if you order to go! the "special" cheesecake that was served on valentines day was by far the best i've ever had from anywhere! my favorite place for great food!

best meal for miles around!. just ate at cotton-blues! what an experience! had been to nola for 5 days and ate all kinds of food in the top restaurants there! they paled in comparison to the food that cotton-blues served and for a 1/4 of the price! the service by ryan was outstanding. the food was hot, fresh, well presented and just plain ole' yummy! i travel a lot and i can easily say, this was one of the best meals that i have eaten out in years! wish this place was near my home!!!

absolutely phenomenal!!! this was my first time here after living in hattie for years and i will defiantly be back. everything was delicious. i was actually shocked how great it was. i had the pasta primavera with grilled chicken and it tasted so fresh. the last time i had pasta that good i was in rome. i will be returning for great food and amazing service. no regrets

my sisters and i found the restaurant on our way back from new orleans after a week of dining at emeril's, tableaus, k pauls a and galatoiress, in other words some of the cities finest. this was our best meal served hot and fresh and the price was so reasonible. we will definitely highly recommend. ask for ryan to serve u adn eat the mic mixed greens and cornbread. dessert was coconut pie yum!

everything on the menu sounded fantastic, but as for now the only item i can attest to is the bleu cheese demi burger. simply put it was a miraculous mixture of ingredients between a homemade bun! only regret is being too stuffed to get a slice of their famous cheesecake. will definitely be revisiting upon a return to hattiesburg.

can not go wrong with anything on the menu! southwest burger is phenomenal! cheese curds had two dipping sauces: a mustard based and a tomato jam. i was very pleasantly impressed by both! the smoky spicy ketchup for the fries is as described! very good!

southern cooking with a local flare. cotton blues has a lot of options and they are all very tasty. the only reason i didn't give the max score is the prices are a touch high, but the quality of ingredients used is second to known. the hidden gem on the menu is the pimento and cheese burger with tomato jam - delicious. whatever you do, do not forget to try the turtle cheesecake for dessert. best in town.

finally! a fantastic dining experience in hattiesburg. i had just about accepted that when my job brought me to this area that i was going to have to be content with chili’s or outback, or simply grabbing jimmie johns to go back to the hotel. well, i finally wised up and asked some locals for their suggestions, and cotton blues was one of the first places discussed.

my lunch today was white beans and rice with fried chicken, along with a side of mac & cheese. excellent meal all around. perfect flavor with the beans, chicken was crispy and good seasoning, mac & cheese was creamy and delicious. cotton blues will be in my regular rotation!

eat at cotton blues sunday brunch! wow!
the menu is fantastic...my wife and i have been 4 times...i tried different entrees each time. i am not sure what my favorite is, but i like the breakfast skillet and the blueberry cream cheese pancakes. i like the idea of making my own bloody-mary at the bloody-mary bar.
this past weekend, my family of nine were entertained by a magician. he came to our table and performed card tricks. he was really good! what a wonderful addition to a wonderful meal!
love this place! oh, i almost forgot dessert...the cheese cake is to die for!

we love cotton blues. dinner is amazing (those crawfish mashed potatoes are delicious) but sunday brunch is our go to. ronda is the best and always takes phenomenal care of us. we haven't had anything we didn't like! apple pie stuffed french toast, blueberry pancakes, crab cake eggs benedict, but the breakfast skillet will always be #1 in my heart! make sure you get a salted caramel cheesecake, also!

very good. we went on a wednesday afternoon and there were many other diners, but the dining room wasn't crowded. the place is really big. the menu is varied and interesting.
i ordered the blackened redfish oscar. as you can see from the photo oscar topping was loaded with crabmeat. very tasty. the green beans were also delicious. the mashed potatoes were not great, a little dry and bland. but the other food was so good, who cares? my f-i-l ordered the green tomato and blueberry streusel just to see what it was like. you couldn't taste the tomatoes. it was good.
the service was spot on. or server checked on us enough without being overbearing. she was knowledge and friendly.
we live 9 hours from here, but if you live nearby go. very good.

the building is very nice. the food was fairly good and came as ordered. our waitress was very nice and attentive. the only issue was the manager screaming at the staff in the kitchen. we could hear it in restaurant. very unprofessional. we later found out he is the owner apparently. i couldn't imagine working there if that is how he treats his employees.
