amazing food and great service. this place has become a part of weekly routine. thanks to awesome food and courteous staff. authentic food, good ambiance and great service.

visited with a friend. we ordered the crystal prawn dumplings, the new beggar’s chicken and waitan coolers. the dumplings and coolers were amazing; the chicken was worth a try. great ambience and service; overall a typically pleasant hyatt experience. surely one of the best places to have chinese/ asian in ahmedabad.

we went with lost of expectations by seeing reviews and ratings but we are totally disappointed. they didn’t follow our instructions which we gave before ordering. they failed to explained us about food and it’s quantity.

this was our 2nd visit to this place and it does not fail to impress. we ordered crispy veg as starter along with hot sour soup. the soup was just ok but the veggies were yumm. so was the main course- fried rice and tofu fungus stew. we also had udon noodles- which were delicious.the experience was great. it would be great if there were more options in veg starter ( not in dim sum category) and in noodles.

i tried 7 different dishes and each one was so delicious and perfectly prepared. fried potato dumplings and tofu in soya sauce was the highlight of the evening.

the dessert too was prepared in stone, which was so amazing - brownie lychee icecream.

one of the best places to eat authentic chinese and asian food in ahmedabad. despite being exorbitantly costly, eating here is an experience everyone should have at least once, they you love chinese and asian food. i went there with my friends and ordered a lot of food, and i tasted most of what we ordered and i absolutely loved everything. the service is absolutely brilliant and even the ambiance is lovely.

been here yesterday. it is better to have street chinese food rather than going and wasting time, money ,and ocassion. poor service, in fact, every time we used to call the serving boy. food taste/quality is like hell.

was invited here for the stone bowl festival, which meant that the food is cooked in a bowl and served in the same bowl.
my pick of the lot was the tofu in soya sauce, florets of broccoli and cauliflower and fried potato dumplings.

do not miss the lovely non alcoholic wine

the lychee caramel ice cream was the star of the meal! a must have.

the decor of the place as well as the service is really good!

i had very high expectations after the 4.9 ratings... the food was really good, we had ordered prawns spring rolls, veg din suns and pork buns. daughter loved the spring rolls and i liked the buns. half way through, our server mentioned they also have some japanese food not on the menu. so we ordered tempura, miso soup and some chicken dish. tempuras were different to what i've had in the past, maybe i heard wrong but were tasty. chicken dish was a bit salty. we had already ordered mains so we were left with a whole noodle dish...

all in all, pretty decent place for authentic chinese experience. the one thing missing was the fortune cookie 😁

authentic chinese menu..kitchen was open style window so you can see how the chef's are cooking.. since i was solo and wanted to sample a fee dishes they have a four course menu with single serving portions.. this was perfect.. the food was lovely and tasted proper chinese.. service was efficient and the waiter had good knowledge about the menu..

so it was her birthday and she loves chinese so there was no other place than china house to take her and make her happy with the best chinese food ! they have pure chinese flavoured food as there was a live kitchen where you can actually see which sauses and products they are using and that were from china i guess! so we have ordered dumplings which has a very authentic taste and also we have ordered crispy vegetables as our starter which was again very tasty and last but not the least we have ordered chilli garlic noodles which was so so amazing! please try their noodles if you go there! and please visit china house if you are also a chinese lover! ♥️ staff was very helpful and generous!

 it gives me immense pleasure in penning down another exalted experience with "vegetarian" chinese cuisine in ahmedabad. this sublime restaurant serving unbeatable chinese food prepared right in front of you with utmost care, using some of the best ingredients that oozes of flavours and some special techniques offers one of a kind fine dinning experience.

the service is impeccable and they have curated an amazing menu for their guests.


drinks:
1. herbed yezi - refreshing coconut and lychee drink loved the flavours.
2. anise si - star anise was the main ingredient of the drink, it was a spicy treat.
3. ginger ròuguì ale- as the name suggests, a strong ginger flavour elevates the drink which otherwise works as a good intermediatry between each meal to cleanse your palate.

dimsums:
1. crystal edamame pouch - steamed dimsum pouch with black truffle paste, stuffed water chestnut & fur beans the combination worked wonderfully.
2. mushroom medley - shitake mushroom, black & white fungus dumpling another marvellous item these were to die for.
3. ying yang dumpling - black & white sesame dough stuffed with vegetables and sweet potato tastes great when dipped in their in house oils/ sauces, the chilly oil being perfect.
4. beijing dumpling - asparagus, celery, peanut & fragrant chilly oil this lot had a noticable crunch element that added to the texture of the dimsums and tasted great.
5. crispy golden puffs - these were lite, yam coated dimsums stuffed with vegetables and curry leaves a rather different take on dimsum.
6. pumpkin chiu chow dumpling - lotus stem is a major ingredient in asian cuisine as it provides the crunch to a dish and has adds to the elements in a dish and also has a subtle flavour hence does not overpower other flavours going on in the dish this batch of dimsums are stuffed with lotus stem, asparagus and chilli oil.

so the dimsums are basically bland, in order to suit your tastebuds you can always add salt and pepper as well as the sauces/ oil that are on the side to improvise according to your liking.
if you are a dimsum fan you shall go bonkers over the varities they have to offer, even if you are not you shall surely start to like them if you have them here.

main course:
1. udon noodles - thin rolled flat noodles just a blessing these noodles were cooked so well and the sauce was so delectable you cannot not like this main course, a sureshot favourite during all visits here.
2. silken tofu - delicious melt in your mouth tofu with a medium spicy gravy that works well with the fried rice.
3. sticky fried rice - a bowl of sticky jasmine rice tossed in soy sauce the staple maincourse item here!
4. shandong potato - thin slices of potato in ginger gravy an itense flavour that hits your tastebuds and is like a blow in your mouth definately too strong for me. gee. .

their ongoing dimsum festival is till the 31st of october! #dimsumhavesome

i was in ahmedabad, went to china house hyatt regency, everything is excellent here....be it interiors, staff, decor n food. there's nothing which can go wrong here. good vibes in the place, food quality, taste and presentation.totally worth your time & money

everything must be great on the menu. loved all what we ordered. from dimsums to soup. main course black bean sauce veggies. with a fried rice and also noodles in a peanut sauce. all great. will try again soon.

the best place in ahmedabad for authentic chinese dining experience.. the food is mind-blowing, we had wonton soup which alone was very filling followed by dim-sums, noodles and rice but the cherry to the cake was the tea-ramisu dessert which was never had before.. it brought a good end to the lunch.. i was a bit disappointed with the mock-tail green goblin and the menu for drinks can be worked on.
