the food is good. the chicken salad is good. ilovethe banana bread is awesome! i like going there by myself and take a book. the staff however is a different story. i don't find them to be friendly at all.

delightful!. i've been taking my daughters to the tea room since 1994. whenever they had a day off school or good report card, we went. during college breaks, we went. now, years later, we always find time to eat here when visiting our old hometown. we always order the tea room medley & spice tea & get more muffins to take home for breakfast. lots of wonderful memories for us. you won't be disappointed!lovethe crepe dessert too.

chicken salad, fruit, banana bread and chips. everything was very spot on. great ambiance.

i found great place to eat. i found the tea room by accident but totally fell inlovewith look of place and the food and staff were pure bliss. great place to just relax and enjoy food. must try at least once will be return customer for life.

apple cake. ilovetheir apple cake. i have made apple cake but the cake they serve you can't find any apples. i don't understand that. it is great. maybe some of you real good cooks can explain that to me. :-)

love that spiced tea! bad service, though. i recently visited the tea room, which is a rare treat since i work and don't get to go unless i have a day off. i had the chicken salad croissant and banana bread and of course the spiced tea. i go just for the tea it's so good. the food was delicious, but i feel it is overpriced. the worst part of my visit was the waitress. she was so unfriendly i felt uncomfortable my whole visit. never once even smiled and the service was terrible. it made me mad since i can almost never go, i'd like to be able to fully enjoy it when i can. still ilovethe log cabin and the tea and will go again someday. i just wish they would expand their hours to be more accommodating to those of us who work and can't get there during lunch hours.

my red hatslovethe actr. we have gone there several times as a group. we have taken our grandaughters "pinketts" we have always been treated well. when he was living my husband would go there. one of my dil bridesmade lucheon was there. the gd who went at 5 is not 15 and my red hat group celebrated my birthday there last tue. so with years of experience let me give an excellent to the actr.

love, love,lovethis place. iloveto see long standing family owned businesses. i know times are tough for small businesses, and i credit the wonderful food and delightful atmosphere for the continuation of this wonderful restaurant. congrats on lasting this long, and good luck for many more years to come!
