excellent arabic food at the burj al arab, the restaurant makes homemade tasty recipes that cannot be compared to any other. the staff certainly know how to make you feel special 👌

i dont know how to put the experience in words!! it was so beautiful and so palatable at the same time!!
went there for family dinner on our anniversary❤️ mannn!!! these people just make u feel like an empress. every penny spent on the food, the ambience, the quality! everything was just out of the world.. !! the experience is so royal that you wont regret walking out of there and would remember every moment spent there forever!!

p.s- special mention to the grilled salmon and falafel ( which were not on menu but were made on our request)

thankyou guys! would visit again soon!!

incredible level of service is what you get at this place. the staff is the highlight here

being at burj al arab is a luxerious experience all in all. however, the ambience and food variety is something that can't compete anymore with the new places that keep popping up in dubai. food taste is very good.

i can recommend it and may go again

staff: very helpful, polite, great service, very good with kids
food: really good food. can have more variety. but the best part is if you want something in particular like veg cold mezzes, they'll prepare it for you.
ambience: really nice
would i recommend this place? absolutely.

we went for dinner buffet. it was our second time at the iconic burj al arab and first time in this restaurant.
luxury interiors. love the deep red color. lovely ambience.
arabic buffet. no live cooking station. food was ok but nothing memorable.
you can use entertainer voucher otherwise the price is too high.
the service was excellent.

my husband took me here for surprise birthday dinner, i was so aww struck, when we were in front of burj al arab and was soo excited to go in and have dinner from here.
interiors are too good. table was set up so nice, the colors on the table, rose and the candles,perfect for a date.
the service was really good too..
coming to the food part.. it was a wide spread arabic buffet.. not that great, it was just okay for the price. they had all kinds of arabic sweets which was good.
overall very good experience, would recommend everyone for the ambience and the experience.

the cost was reasonable as we used entertainer coupon 1+1 free, so we paid only for one person.

disappointing...the choice of food in the buffet is limited and there is no live cooking station. food is dry and really worse than average. we expected the service will be at least up to 7 star hotel standard but it turned out not even 5 star: the waiter forgot to offer drinks to one of our guest and there was nobody serving at the hot food session. the price clearly hasn't been reflected in the quality of food and service, simply overpriced. we don't recommend it to anyone.

i celebrated my anniversary there . i wish i can give them 100 stars not only 5. service is amazing. the chef walked around with me describing each dish and it's content because i have food allergy. moreover, when i was whispering to my husband that "i wish they had steak and crème brûlée" , they surprised me by making one specially for me with out me asking and did not even bill me for it. i have seen people writing review saying the food spread was not that much, personally the food spread was good and i rather have quality food that tastes amazing rather than quantity and that is what i got there. overall it's outstanding in everything and i would totally recommend it.

al iwan, the yummiest place on earth... they have a buffet, food is tempting, fresh, and tasteful. ambience is just wow 😮. it’s a must must go to place. it’s a little pricey place but worth paying. i’m definitely going again. cheers

a great restaurant for special occasions with amazing food and service which is out of this world.
service- 7/5
food- 5/5
variety and amount of dishes- 3.75/5
cost- 2/5 not entirely worth the 400 dirham per person bill with water costing 60dhs
overall a great place to enjoy some special occasions with family and friends if you don't mind stretching your purse strings once in a while. a once in a lifetime experience for eating in a 7 star restaurant in the famed burj al arab

went here for an iftar on june 10th. nothing so fancy for a 7star hotel. food was very average or even below. the spread was very less. a normal restaurant might have a larger spread for iftar. choice of desserts displayed was no where close to a 7 star experience and so was the food spread. it was really so small that it would end before it started. the only good thing was the service but apart from that everything was really below average. didnt enjoy the experience as i went with lot of expectations !

my hus booked a table here for my bday lunch...the decoration of table was lovely as long as complimentary chocolate cake and roses on table.. the restaurant was almost empty ( i am clueless about the reason as it was friday lunch), but the foods were yummy and widespread..seafood was my fav as it was so fresh and tasty..salads were well flavored and desserts were delicious..its a luxurious spot so be ready to pay for the 5star service..

the ambiance is nice and service is good but food is really below average and doesn't justify the price. also the live cooking stations were missing the staff to actually serve you. but in general i agree with most of the reviews that the food is really not 7star standard and you can get much better arabic cuisine in dubai.

excellent ambience, great staff but again like most of the 5 stars ( in this case 7 stars) food was below average when it comes to taste. they really need to upgrade that cooking level. work needed. common ur burj al arab restaurant!?

ambiance:
great ambiance and service, the atmosphere within the burj al arab is amazing and cared for to the littlest detail.

food:
the buffet spread is quite small, you would expect more.
also the quality of the food is good, it is not any better than other arabic restaurants around dubai. the shewarma was delicious but everything else was average.

i would recommend it for the ambiance and service, not really for the food.
