great restaurant great buffet and an awesome service. the ouzi with baby lamb was definitely the highlight. great variety of food and appetizers and lets not forget the great desserts and fruits to end it all. pricey but i guess that's what u get when u wanna dine inburjal arab

sometimes you just enjoy the place, the company and the atmosphere rather than the food itself; this was the case in al iwan restaurant yesterday. some friends were visiting uae and they were guests inburjal arab and they invited us for dinner.
the hospitality of the staff is remarkably extraordinary, they were treating everyone as if there were no other guests in the place.
i liked the food, yes, but i would've expected more varieties in such a place. i had seafood, shells, and salad.
the atmosphere was cosy and quiet, new experience in dubai for me.
i enjoyed my time with friends and enjoyed the food as well as the service.

hospitable staff from the cooks , waiters , restaurant reception, however the food quality does not suitburjal arab at all , the kousa laban rice was not cooked but to be fair the cook offered to cook another fast dish with laban. the labels were mixed up between the hot mezza plates for cheese rolls , kebbeh, spinach and meat so we picked up wrong choices . extra choices needs to be presented for sweets . it was kids birthday but this was mistaken with my birthday which is still in september although i mentioned it while booking that it’s kids birthday :) one small gateaux piece for 4 people looked funny on the table but also to be fair the waiter had a lovely voice singing the birthday song and presented a lovely rose.

this place may be inburjal arab, but you would perhaps get better service in a karama cafeteria. i visited with family for iftar, place was too busy, staff weren’t around to help. food was alright, live music was average and requests to the staff often went on deaf ears. all and all, not worth the venue not the price. speaking of the price, we were billed incorrectly and still awaiting our refunds.

went there with the family for dinner as we have been in the uae for so long yet have never been to the famousburjal arab. the hotel was nothing special.

the restaurant had a lovely ambience. the waiters were all so friendly and offered quick service. the food was ok, but nothing that wowed us. fattoush, being the only green salad, had no bread, taboule was also unavailable. kibbe was delicious though. the mix grilled meats weren’t good; meat quality seemed bad. but the qouzi lamb was very good quality and was very tender; it just melted in our mouths. extremely overly priced water and soft drinks.

total rating of 5/10. can use some improvement seeing that it is a restaurant in a 7 star hotel.

went there last night for my husband's birthday, and i must say it was a royal celebration. staff is most courteous with a vast array of delicious food. my personal favorite was the pomegranate chicken.burjal arab itself is so iconic but the staff made it a unique experience. special mention to our server sheela and welcome staff bema and another lady whose name i've forgotten (she was wearing a head scarf). there's a good variety of dishes with lovely red-gold decor. we had a choice to sit with the ocean view but we had a 2 year old so preferred a bit more secluded area :) they also made complimentary food for my son which was very appreciated as he happily ate his fries along with his coloring package. staff had also arranged cake for my husband's birthday with a rose for me :) overall a dinner worth to splurge on!

excellent arabic food at theburjal arab, the restaurant makes homemade tasty recipes that cannot be compared to any other. the staff certainly know how to make you feel special 👌

incredible level of service is what you get at this place. the staff is the highlight here

being atburjal arab is a luxerious experience all in all. however, the ambience and food variety is something that can't compete anymore with the new places that keep popping up in dubai. food taste is very good.

i can recommend it and may go again

we went for dinner buffet. it was our second time at the iconicburjal arab and first time in this restaurant.
luxury interiors. love the deep red color. lovely ambience.
arabic buffet. no live cooking station. food was ok but nothing memorable.
you can use entertainer voucher otherwise the price is too high.
the service was excellent.

my husband took me here for surprise birthday dinner, i was so aww struck, when we were in front ofburjal arab and was soo excited to go in and have dinner from here.
interiors are too good. table was set up so nice, the colors on the table, rose and the candles,perfect for a date.
the service was really good too..
coming to the food part.. it was a wide spread arabic buffet.. not that great, it was just okay for the price. they had all kinds of arabic sweets which was good.
overall very good experience, would recommend everyone for the ambience and the experience.

the cost was reasonable as we used entertainer coupon 1+1 free, so we paid only for one person.

a great restaurant for special occasions with amazing food and service which is out of this world.

cost- 2/5 not entirely worth the 400 dirham per person bill with water costing 60dhs
overall a great place to enjoy some special occasions with family and friends if you don't mind stretching your purse strings once in a while. a once in a lifetime experience for eating in a 7 star restaurant in the famedburjal arab

excellent ambience, great staff but again like most of the 5 stars ( in this case 7 stars) food was below average when it comes to taste. they really need to upgrade that cooking level. work needed. common urburjal arab restaurant!?

great ambiance and service, the atmosphere within theburjal arab is amazing and cared for to the littlest detail.

food:
the buffet spread is quite small, you would expect more.
also the quality of the food is good, it is not any better than other arabic restaurants around dubai. the shewarma was delicious but everything else was average.

i would recommend it for the ambiance and service, not really for the food.

experience a true middle eastern journey and the most exquisite arabic cuisine in al iwan, located in one of the world’s tallest atrium followed by shisha with inspiring surroundings ofburjal arab terrace.

having been to this restaurant last week, i was amazed by the beautiful surroundings and the amazing service. the food was flavoursome and mouthwatering, especially their range of mains and traditional desserts. the waiters were particularly accommodating and took extra care of our 4 year old who went with us, offering her child friendly options, which we truly appreciated.

experience all this for:
lunch - serving from 12.00 to 15.30- aed 375 per person
dinner - serving from 18.00 to 00.00 - aed 395 per person

and i would definitely recommend the shisha at scape lounge after, especially now that the weather has really cooled down :)

this is one of the best restaurant i've visit so far in terms of the place which is located at the iconicburjal arab, i really loved the place, great ambience and very welcoming staff. food is purely arabic. many options to choose from main course to dessert in the buffet section. i had a great experience in this restaurant on which the staff will treat you like a vip.
