great lowcountry cuisine in a casual setting. we really enjoyed the shrimp n grits and the succotash.greatflavor in each entree. also, the collard greens side was tasty. kids loved their good too.

overall,greatservice and food. convenient to people staying at wild dunes since its just a short drive.

great sunday breakfast. service was very good and the staff was very friendly. greatplace to stop in after a walk on the beach. i would highly recommend this place amy time.

great chicken wings! very enjoyable place that is not a chain restaurant. the staff is very friendly and it's an upbeat environment. been there a number of times and it's always agreattime.

"the dozer" was awesome!
biscuit, fried chicken, fried egg, gravy, and home fries. pancakes and french toast are also very good. classic low country menu...greatatmosphere.

we have eaten here for dinner, but this was our first time for breakfast. we did not think to try it, because there is a place almost next door know for their breakfast on the island. well, really glad we did since this was even better than the other place. i got the lowcountry rancheros, and my wife for the crab cake eggs benedict. both were phenomenal. can't wait to go back and try more!

good stuff!. acme not only recently changed its name to include lowcountry kitchen, but added a coastal menu that fits the new name perfectly. if you have not been in recently, you need to get out to iop for agreatmeal! chef frank kline knows what he is doing!

my family had agreatmeal here. waffle was great. crabcake benedict was great!. the omlette was just ok. service was good. we will definitely be back!

we took a chance on our 1st night of vacation and we struck gold. this was agreatmeal and reasonably priced. the atmosphere is as expected for a beach cantina and we will certainly make this one of our go to places. the service was spot on and the pimento cheese grits are a must!

good breakfast. good breakfast for the family and i. food was very good and service was good. agreatalternative to the sea biscuit if it is packed. we ate her twice this past week and were satisfied with our meals. i wish we would have tried the lunch or dinner menu. hopefully we will our next trip to the iop.

we were very surprised by the menu. when we arrived, we expected a bar atmosphere and standard breakfast fare (we came for brunch on sunday). the food was excellent! terrific portions, reasonable prices, and tasty selections-including several eggs benedict options, omelettes and mimosas.greatplace, and the patio was great!

this place was definitely a dive, a decent one. the service was slightly unfriendly and they all seemed preoccupied. however the food was great! good calamari, fried shrimp, quesadillas, and baja chicken salad. strange place withgreatfood

great beach dining!. drove by acme a few times before looking up some reviews and deciding to go try it out. it doesn't look like much on the outside, but what agreatplace to eat! not a beach shack, but not claiming to be anything fancy. friendly staff and good prices. we started with some of their famous buffalo wings and i had shrimp tacos, both were delicious. my mom had the sirloin steak and it was probably one of the best steaks i've ever tasted for $16.99!! we don't have much longer in our vacation, but i'd love to go back!
