this is another place i don't frequent, but went to on a date last year. i remember that experience being better than this time. last year, i had abreakfastburrito (which i think was a one-time special). it was delicious. this time, after not finding the burrito on the menu, i ordered biscuits and gravy with home fries. i grew up with homemade sausage gravy from the pigs on our farm cooked by a very southern grandmother. acme's gravy isn't bad, but not what i was hoping for. the mimosas made me forget about missing my grandma's cooking. we were there mid-week so i'm guessing it was the best "slow time" for them, but the maintenance lady was on the patio near us repairing the roof or something during our meal on their nice covered patio.
