phenomenal. it was everything. the welcoming smiles from the beautiful host staff, our server alice who knew the cuisine like the back of her hand, the prompt food runners, the managers who made a point to stop by, and to top it all off, steaks that make your mouth water. all of this added up to be an amazing night. thank you!

great expectations fulfilled. sometimes a restaurant has a vast challenge to meet when everybody expects it to be a "nirvana" experience. honestly, as far as dining experiences go, i think vast rose to the challenge.

i knew the view would be amazing. it was.

i expected excellent service. i got it.

the hosts and servers were gracious and attentive without going overboard. i felt at home. as for the food, i had the filet. it was soooo tender. my daughter got the strip. both steaks were delicious and there was plenty on the plate. i don't know how much food you want to eat. i see some reviews saying there was not enough food, but the serving sizes satisfied me. sadly, we couldn't even finish our dessert.

i'm giving vast a stellar review. the only thing that i would change, i wanted more of the yellow squash stuffed with potato. i probably didn't need to have more, but still...it was delicious. ;)

100% satisfaction. only had to call a couple days in advance to get the best seat in the house with a breathe taking view of the northside okc. everything from the atmosphere to the service, with mrs. christie b. and others, was dead on. the food was magical from beginning to end. we received a complementary tuna tar tar from the chef to start our evening off, which was delectable. everything was most impressive and i will definitely be recommending and returning. thank you for the lovely evening!!! xoxo

food was okay! not fantastic. the vast food is okay. when you have a wonderful setting it sometimes make guest base the meal of the experience itself. the filet was okay in taste or shall i say expected in taste. the rib eye steaks were enormous in size and had a funny taste, like pot roast. they had a lot of fat on them as well. i didn’t like the taste of the vast steaks.

complements of the chef were a teaspoon of tuna tar tar, it taste like meat jello. i probably couldn’t have stomached if in a larger quantity.

the breads were amazing. especially the dinner rolls that with cream cheese on the inside. the pizza like flat bread was okay. the tomato stuffed bread reminded me of pizza. but my favorite was the cream cheese rolls.

i am still in shock that the main lobster ravioli appetizer cost $15.00. it was very tasty in flavor, but not for $15.00 , i’m sorry.

the views in this restaurant are breath taking. if you want to impress someone especially at night this is the place for ambiance. someone did suggest to try the vast for lunch because it’s more relaxed and not so formal. also there is a buffet presentation to try various foods at a cheaper price, but still for quality food.

wine , they charge $13 for a 1/4 of glass of mascato. mascato wine is a dessert wine and i think it absurd when places charge $50 or more for mascoto, one of the cheapest wines you can buy at a wine or sprits store.

during this visit i didn’t get a chance to taste any dessert.

i liked this but was it worth $15 hell no. it was more of a sample then to be considered an appetizer!

my wife and i had drinks and apps here before a downtown event. this is truly an experience worth taking part in. beautifully decorated, stunning views, excellent service, and our apps were delish. can't wait to come back for dinner.

vast is an ok restaurant punctuated by moments of brilliance. the view was exceptional, service was good, the bread before the meal is worth over paying for what will be a disappointing entree. the wine list was ok, however they were out of the vintage they had listed.
we tried the filet which was very good, nicely cooked. but it is hard to screw up a good piece of meat.
the lamb was subpar, unless they were trying to fuse american with a third world country, then i'd say they nailed the concept.
if i was downtown, i'd go back to the bar for a drink but i wouldn't seek out vast again.

my husband and i ate at vast last night for our 10th wedding anniversary. i had low expectations since i had read some pretty critical reviews, but i must say we were pleasantly suprised. our server, "alice", was pleasant, knowledgable and provided great service. she even went so far as to talk to the manager about taking people upstairs to the top floor for anyone who was interested in seeing the comet (or rather "trying" to see the comet). food was expensive, but recommendations were right on (lobster ravioli, filet, and agave salmon) we bad a beautiful evening.

vastly overrated!. with a name like that, what do you expect? vastly overrated. vastly disappointing. vastly overpriced. service was poor, portions, while good, were tiny. i literally went home to eat after eating dinner. ok, the view is good. but it's just a tall office building, for pete's sake! get over it. better yet, go up and have one drink at the bar (two and you might as well stay for dinner, you've already blown through you budget), and then hightail it to btt or gck for some food.

lovely dining experience. we enjoyed ourselves so much and thought every offering was delicious. i had the scallops (would order this again and again), and my husband had the pheasant, which he really enjoyed. we thought the poblano/cheese stuffed bread was out of this world, and can't say enough good things about the view at sunset. i was very pleased we had a table by the window after making the reservation 3 months in advance. also, our waiter was friendly and answered food questions knowledgeably, and the service was timely. we expected small portions, but with an appetizer, the rolls, and the delicious jaconde dessert, we were well-satisfied and very full at the end. wonderful new fine dining experience, will recommend to others and will be back for special occasions!

daily table for lunch is a must. the daily table (yes it's a buffet!), is wonderful! treat yourself for lunch with coworkers or a special date. great choices at the carving station, multiple dishes and desserts. i found the waitstaff to be very friendly. fancy but not uptight.

another tip *if you park at the devon tower garage, they will validate.

lovely. dinner for my birthday. food was wonderful. i had the smoked butternut squash risotto and hubby had the sweetbreads. presentation was beautiful. main course was lemongrass butter poached shellfish and lobster boursin diver scallops. (who knew you could stuff scallops with lobster meat?) both were delicious. my hubby knew portions would not be large and they weren't, but he did say the food was like a work of art. the fun was trying to decipher all the tastes and ingredients. i also liked the 3 types of breads they delivered. pace of food delivery was good. my only small complaint was that even though all help was attentive i wish our waitress had described the dishes a little more in depth. the four petite deserts were definitely different. we went down the elevator with a pastry chef who was delivering small individual chocolate cakes to another location. after she described them i would like to have tried that. maybe they will be on the menu next time. we will go back.

we went for valentines and my birthday an had an all around terrible time. our waiter was extremely rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. the food was decent definitely not worth the price. had issues with not having silverware to eat our different courses. we will not not be coming back and will not be recommending.
