hidden treasure in fyshwick. this little gem of a patisserie, masked by trees and nestled between giant industrial foundries is quite like a lovely little petunia in an onion patch. as the smoggy haze lifts whilst driving along barrier street, one will notice a glut of activity that is unexpected in such unspectacular surrounds. curious, and hungry, i decide to stop and sample the delicacies that lie within. the delicious aromas strike you first, and while the menu is simple, the pies and desserts look excellent. i had a fresh baguette with a very good coffee, and a macaroon for good measure, also very good
