ted's montana grill

i went to ted's once with my parents, siblings, aunt, uncle and cousins and we all found it a bit pricy. my burger came cold and the bun was sooo dry that i ended up just eating the meat. we waited a good half hour to be seated and it was ten minutes until a waitress came to our table. sorry ted, but i didn't like it.

how is this in the top ten!??. i'm sorry... but waiting for a table for thirty minutes, being stuck in the bar section after waiting for thirty minutes, rude bartenders, and cold food do not exactly make up a good dining experience to me! things were left off my plate that should have been there... i had to send my steak back... twice! i have almost completely given up on teds, and it's certainly not worthy of a top ten spot!

great!. this is the only place i'll order a steak out. i have had bad meals twice from ted's in the same month (over a year ago). took a break for a while after that. i have been before and after and everything was great and back on track!

killer steaks, burgers, good service, very accomodating. a little pricey, but worth it.

return visit. we just had a retirement lunch here last week. i ordered the fish sandwich which came with fries & coleslaw and i have to say i really liked the fish. it was fried just right with a nice crunchy crispy coating. it was expensive thought $17. however that could be because it was a huge party of us.

it's okay. nothing to write home about the first time i ate here was when it first opened up and i had the meatloaf which in my opinion tasted like dog food. the thursday special is 'slow pulled pork' it was okay but, i won't order it again. there was some spice that was added during either the marinated or cooking process that i didn't care for. the green beans and french fries are good. get the onion rings they are good just a bit greasy sometimes. i like the tomato & onion salad, they call it salad but it doesn't have lettuce. however, only get this when tomatoes are in season otherwise they're green. the chili is also tasty and good for a chilly day. the burgers and chicken grill are very good with a slew of toppings.

you get complimentary pickles. however, i don't care for them it like a brine pickle.

fresh squeezed lemon-aide however, beware it's a per glass charge. sodas come with crushed ice and a paper straw.

note worthy: adults can order off the kids menu you just have to add a $1 to the price.

the food is pricey, but certainly worth it. the food is great.

not bad - good burgers here,,,. i like the burgers here. you have a choice of regular beef or bison. i've had both. the fries were great one time and the net they were just so so. it's very convenient if you're going to the amc hoffman.

teds of tallahassee is a nice place for atmosphere and the environmentally concious but that is about it. the beer can chicken is rediculously expensive for a piece of chicken and green beans. food came out cold, twice! after the second time, i gave up and have officially given up on this over rated money hole.

best burgers in town!!! i recommend the bison but the beef is good as well. cool atmosphere and good staff.

great burgers--totally worth the money in my opinion, but i have only had the bison. i have also enjoyed the salmon and meatloaf.

last chance. thursday was the last time i go to ted's. the food is horrible and the service is worse.

they have the most delicious 8oz cheese burger in town!

expensive drinks but great atmosphere, especially seating outside.

sandie. i only ate there once and didn't care for it. it maybe what i chose. it was buffalo meat if i'm not mistaken and maybe it's just not a taste that i like. it was clean and the service was fine.

excellent night out. my family of four decided to go to ted's and everybody thought their meal was delcious! i order the special "real deal" for $15 which included onion rings for beginning, then chicken breast, then cookie. my onion rings were great and did not have that greasy mess most do. chicken breast melted in my mouth and the chocolate chip cookie was huge and a great way to finish my meal. quick serivce, friendly, and clean! 5 out of 5 stars

my family used to go to ted's a lot when it first opened. until the novelty wore off. then we totally forgot about it for a couple of years. we visited again three times in the last two months. most everything is still the same, except for a miss or two.
