beautiful authentic thai food :) very good quality, clean modern restaurant, relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff, was very happy with the size of ours meals and the price, enjoy :)

in my humble opinion, one of the better thai restaurants in brisbane. it's in a nice spot in the garden city outdoor precinct, so you can come at night and enjoy the atmosphere. the food is always good, and reasonably quick. typical prices for thai food too. it can get quite busy on thursday and saturday nights, so come early if you don't want to wait. the pork belly is amazing!

the restaurant was so busy but they delivered on service and taste. i couldn't fault the food at all. the cocktails were delicious too. we ordered a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. 24 march cocktail was my favourite. the food was so tasty but i describe it as more thai fusion. we went the safer options with meals - curry puffs and chicken skewers for starters, pad thai, chicken stir fry and sizzling beef for mains. would definitely dine here again.

tried thai for the very first time here. pad thai was so good. the service was amazing and friendly. it's always busy during dinner time and the atmosphere is buzzing. great place to eat, delicious food and great service i'm definitely coming here many more times!

omg! coconut chicken salad is the bomb diggity! i come here for business lunches quite often. always fresh, delicious, perfectly balanced thai flavours.

returning from my trip to america, a small catch up dinner was organised with some of my girlfriends. we settled for thai food because i was craving some pad thai. more than a month of fast food and heavy carb foods had me missing fresh and light meals so it was a good refresher to welcome me back to reality. kinn had been on my list to try out after hearing some good things so i was looking forward to dinner.

went for a lunch with the family and had a very enjoyable experience. the prices on the lunch menu are very affordable and the three of us ate very well for under $50. the service and decor are also quite well done, we will happily come back here again! the grilled chicken and paw paw salad was delicious :)

great service, was very quick, friendly and efficient. i ordered the stay chicken skewers and the waygu sirloin, both were fantastic and very well priced. resturant also had an amazing atmosphere, and a fully stocked bar with lots of cocktail choices. a+

delicious!!! we eat here at least once a fortnight it's absolutely amazing. pad see ew is my favourite. the salt and pepper squid is the best in brisbane!!! if you go there i would highly recommend the squid. satay skewers are also delicious although it's a small portion for the price you pay. overall, service and food are great. atmosphere is always a plus (this restaurant is always full). their home made lemon ice tea is also a winner.
the only negative i would put forward is the portion size is a little small, but it's too delicious not to go.

they took our boost!. i do not understand why they feel the need to remove a half empty (or half full) cup of boost and a nearly empty cup of starbucks coffee from our table when we also ordered food and drinks from them. this rule doesn't make sense as the lady also did not remove the mcdonalds fries that my 3 year old was nibbling on as we gave our order. when our food arrived, they got one of our orders wrong, we tell the waitress what happened and we got a very defensive answer and no apology! can't believe how in your face rude these people are. we were still very nice and said thank you to them when they gave us the right order, and still we didn't get an apology. instead they asked our other companion who didn't order anything as she had already eaten if there was only 3 of us eating. we had already told them we only needed 3 plates when we first walked in! appalling service they need to fix their customer service skills asap!!!!

lovely modern thai but.... this lovely recently opened restaurant has attracted me back up to 10 or 11 times already because the food is amazing.

initially when it first opened there was plenty of waiters were easy to get to take your order. over a few weeks the service had become worse and worse. the waiters also have trouble understanding english.
the last time i went with 2 others for lunch . we were there long before anyone and had to remind waiter about our meals. it took a long time, again .
we were asked if we wanted it ask at once. yes please. it came out 1 dish at a time. . very awkward

don't go friday nights unless you're prepared to que to get a table.

overpriced for vegetarians. i have eaten at kinn a number of times and the service has always been quick and friendly. unfortunately their pricing makes no sense to me - a vegetarian curry (the best vegetarian option i have tasted) incurs a surcharge for extra tofu, of which there are only 2 pieces, costing more than the price of a chicken or beef curry. it is consistently spicy and delicious, however i don't understand why the extra charge. also, if you don't like spicy food be sure to tell your waiter/waitress!

nice restaurant, pity the meat was tough. a nice restaurant with fast efficient service.

i had the panang chicken curry and rice. the panang sauce was so delicious - sweet, creamy and pretty spicy; perfect. the chicken however was undercooked, very chewy and quite tasteless. waitress was very surprised with my comments and took the meal to the chef to review - they took the meal off our bill but didn't seem convinced of my issue. i have had the panang there before and it was delicious!

i can't quite remember the name of my husband's dish, a crispy chicken. he loved it and thought it was delicious and was very please with the portion size.

in all a nice restaurant with good food. i think i might have just got unlucky?!

staff need training on how to smile and be happy!!!. i went to the kinn thai on saturday nite with 6 of my friends. we sat just inside the door with 5 armchairs and 1 stool!! i had to ask a staff 3 times before they decided to find one. they need more helpful staff that can first speak good english and actually look happy and like to be there at work. they seem not to be happy to look after you and not much smiling at all!!

my friend and i decided on the set 1 meal with 3 entrée and 3 main meals! it was $ 30 pp which i thought was expensive with no dessert included!!

first they brought out the rice and 2 mains b4 the entree's not a good start. it was very noisy inside the restaurant. no apologies for the wrong food to come out.

not sure if i would go back.

very rude service, feeling humiliated. went for dinner at kinn with two others friends tonight. while my friends were looking for parking, i went to get the table first in case there is a long queue. i told the waiter i needed a table for 3. he said there is one but needs a few minutes to prepare. then in a few minutes, there came two other lots of customers behind me. the waiter guided them in straight away. i questioned him why i'm not being served first, he said my friends are not here. i explained to him my friends are just looking for car park but he still wouldnt let me in. i told him i have never had this sort of experience and i will report his behaviour, but he said was 'i dont care'.
no matter how good the food this restaurant could make, this kind of service disgust me.
