kinn thai is one of my all time favourites and the dining experience here - from food toservice- is always delightful and consistent! it’s hard to pick a favourite dish because everything is seriously delicious, so i highly recommend you try everything! they even offer a wide selection of drinks, including cocktails and mock tails, as well as some traditional thai beverages.

i’ve been here twice for group dinners and both times have been a good experience. all the food we had was excellent and theservicewas pretty fast considering it was completely packed. the portions are small for some of the dishes compared to the price per meal but the flavour is great and with rice it’s filling too. their drinks menu is extensive too and adds to the experience.

this was my favourite restaurant until today. we found a piece of softshell crab with gills! gills made crabs taste disgusting. when we quiried it, according to the chef, they never cut gills off all their softshell crabs. this is how they serve all their softshell crabs. i have never heard of any restaurant serve softshell crabs with gills on. its sad to see how theirservicedropped the ball now they are busy.

kinn’s food is always fresh and delicious. theserviceis good. while they accept bookings for large groups, i find the restaurant is too loud to really converse effectively. cocktails are ok but nothing special and are quite expensive.

food was great but the customerservicewas extremely disgusting. my friend and i waited at the front of the restaurant for a table. the staff did not acknowledge us and were enjoying their conversations when there were plenty of empty tables at the back of the restaurant. when we wanted to order, numerous staff saw our "waves" but decided to walk pass us and ignore. i have noticed this thai restaurant is extremely welcoming to white/caucasian customers but super rude to asian customer. not going to visit again. over priced for the awfulservicewe have received.

came here today had two waitress that served us. the first girl was great providing excellent and efficientserviceat a busy period and not complaining or talking back.

ordered 3 entrees and 4 lunch deals .

the waitress that brought out the 3 entrees just threw it on the table not allocating it appropriately leaving us to do it . so in other words we “helped” her do her job. i was cool with that even though she had no other dishes to give to other people .

when the 4 lunch deals came out she repeated the horrible services just throwing the plates on the tables. again we had to re organise the plates. i had enough of her sh*t because i was with my parents .

i said excuse me loud enough or rude enough for her to notice and she did. she just gave me a hand motion which to me sounded like “ no i don’t have time for you “ she sent the first waitress that was great to deal with me but i demanded that stuck up waitress with issues to deal with me .

she came and we had a dispute . i told her what she done wrong and she just argued with me cause she wouldn’t even listen or apologise for her fault .

she said that “ i’ve been working all day and one worker is s*ck and it was too heavy so i just threw it on the table cause you didn't help me”.

maybe i didn’t help that bimbo but i’m sure my parents and partner did to an extent.

i asked her if she was trained to talk to customers or put plates on the table that way. she didn’t say a damn thing . she just won the award for the worse thaiservicei’ve ever had or worse waitress of australia.

she was extremely lucky that it was family day cause if it was just me and my partner there would of been a much bigger scene.

we spent $100+ . i don’t care if i spend $10, $50, $200 damn even $5 on a coffee, if your gonna give that bs service.better off not working cause everyone has covered for workers that call in “s*ck” numerous times and not provide that bitchy attitude whether it be a food and beverage business or a tyre shop.

besides that the food wasn’t bad it wasn’t the first time i’ve been here. most of the other times i’ve been there it’s been a lot busier.

i have had many meals at this restaurant and have never been disappointed. always busy so a lot of other people agree with me.servicegood. venue good. price point excellent. flavours are definitely to my liking. would recommend.

this is one of the best thai places i have eaten at in brisbane. the following was ordered on this occasion:

🦆 red duck curry
🐥 basil chilli chicken stir fry
🐄 thai beef salad (nam tok)
🍦 coconut ice cream with sticky rice
🍵thai milk tea

huge servings with generous amount of meat in each dish. the thai beef salad was the standout with the beef cooked beautifully as it melted in my mouth.

the only downside to the meal was that the food was not spicy. the curry was well balanced but lacked spice. the stir fry seemed too sweet. overall however, it was all still exceptionally tasty.

it was expensive but the quality of the ingredients plus theservicemake up for this. i really enjoyed my meal again and will be back.

was shocked at this little gem in garden city - have been twice this fortnight. great priced food and byo wine! the lamb shank massaman was amazing. drinks also reasonable priced. there is usually a line butserviceis fast so tables turn over quickly

the food here was tasty. the place was very busy on a thursday night at garden city, however theservicewas really fast considering. i would definitely recommend the pad thai.

the food is delicious. love the variety of menu, unlike typical boring thai restaurant menu we usually find in brisbane.serviceis average.

always good food at this establishment. last night we ordered the satay skewers, crab & prawn rolls for entree. for main we ordered the asian greens, chicken fried rice, chicken thigh fillet & the sizzling beef, all went down a treat.servicewas great and fast. it is a little pricey but will definitely be returning!

we booked for a large event - specifying that we needed people to be seated before the booking time, also for us to set up. they didn’t let us set up probably 5-10mins before our booking which was absolutely unbelievable. the customer services definitely needs work. the food was good, but the fact that they didn’t handle or prioritise such a large group. all in all, the customerserviceis just as important as how the food tastes. will not be returning.
