open concept kitchen, great detail and functional interior,friendlystaff, loved it. it is a modern sushi bar where the tables provide enough privacy to take a date for intimate dinner, and yet open enough to interact with anyone if you happen to see friends and such.
staff is super friendly, with great suggestions and knowledgeable about what the menu offers and portions.
food is top notch, with things like lobster miso soup, and lobster rolls, how can you not feel like you are pampering your stomach? the chicken karage by the way was one of the best i've had in the city. done right!
if you want to meet the owner, put afriendlyrequest in and the chef in the open kitchen will come out to say hi! turns out the owner is literally the hands in making your food. you don't get to see this kind of accountability often, so we are gladly returning and suggesting that you give it a shot!
