wow wow wow !!! ke is exceptional thefoodis truly high quality, we enjoyed every dish we ordered. they have a rooftop patio so it was amazing to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and sun while eating some of the freshest and biggest pieces of sushi and sashimi i have ever had. we ordered an assortment of appetizers: gyoza and salads but phenomenal and full of flavour. in addition to rolls, sashimi and sushi pieces, all made amazing and full of flavour. we also tried some of the meat on sticks and really enjoyed the chicken thighs, pork belly and beef. beers are $5 the house beer and sapporo were both great. i can’t wait to go back and try more !! great spot for a group of people to share various dishes.

heard this place been open for 3months. me and my friend first time checking out.
the interior is very beautiful.you can tell they really wanted to make you feel welcome,and they make sure of it when they all greet you when you walk in the door.
we started off with a pint of sapporo and gift edamame.it was so good beer and edamame go together.we order a lot of yakitori. yakitori is amazing.my favourite was the pork belly and the pork neck(highly recommend.)which was hot in temperature and fatty.also the momo and beef tough are very tasty.

fast and friendly service, with the grilledfoodbeing especially delicious. couldn't get enough of the okra with miso mustard sauce on top. the sushi was fresh as well and i enjoy the seared salmon sashimi. would absolutely come back.

i came here a few months ago, but came across it on zomato just today. i couldn't help but review it. i still remember what an amazing experience i had. thefoodwas amazing and the service was great. definitely a place i would return to. so happy kinjo and ke charcoal grill opened up tokyo street market too!! thank you for the deliciousfoodin my belly!!

ke is outstanding. the service is quick, thefoodis fresh and always delicious. i like that the portions are small so you can pick and choose different things to try. their yakitori selection is extensive and they have bomb fresh oysters.

greatfoodand selection. too bad it's not grill on the table that always taste alot better. pricing is great for what you are eating and top service.

we had been to this restaurant before and had a great time. so, we thought why not go back and enjoy some delicious sushi.

the chef's choice sashimi and sushi were lovely. part way through our oysters, i thought they smelt bad. i inquired and he assured me, that no, he did not. then i thought , since our table was near the bathroom, that the putrid smell must have come from the man who had spent the last 15 minutes in the washroom. alas, it was the oyster! they served us rotten, putrid oysters.

when we voiced our concerns, the smelly oysters were taken off the bill, but she did not think to remove the other oysters for which we had definitely lost our appetite. even the non-smelly oysters tasted lifeless and frozen, even bitter. she did not apologize or make us feel like she was concerned with her serving rotten, raw shellfish. we ended up paying 90.00 for a disappointing meal and a role of the dice withfoodpoisoning.

we will not return, and rest assured ke, should i getfoodpoisoning i will come and defecate on your front step.

just a great evening! staff was wonderful,foodwas amazing and the atmosphere was great. highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new!

determined to try a new restaurant each time i go out, i decided to take my hubby here or dinner tonight. service was friendly and ourfoodcame out fast. mainly specializing in yakitori skewers, charcoal and stone grills, they also offer some special rolls and sushi/sashimi. i would say one of my fav was the miso black cod. there was a variety of different skewers and you can try a bunch for couple bucks each. we also really liked the spicy crunch roll and the lobster sushi. definitely will be coming back to this place and recommend it!

great atmosphere, amazingfoodsuper helpful and attentive staff. music was a great mix of western and eastern hits. pressed spicy tuna roll, pork belly yakitori, chicken katsu all amazing.

came here alone and hangry. will return with friends very soon. the perfect solution to late evening katsu cravings.

this was the worst sushi restaurant i have ever tried. the oshi sushi fell apart when my chopsticks touched it, the flavor was awful and the texture was old and chewy. the steak we ordered was over cooked and wasn't edible, when i asked them to remake it the manager had the odacity to bring it back to my table and tell me nothing was wrong with it and they only cooked steak one way - well done. the service was awful, thefoodterrible. i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. please do not eat here. ever!!!!

went there recently and was not impressed. their regular sushi is average, nothing special. oshi sushi was a complete failure. too much rice, and fell apart so easy, fastfoodsushi tasted better. only thing that was pleasant was the black cod. bill was quiet expensive as well. will not go back

we checked out this new sushi place with a couple of our friends and it was great. there was a bit of a kerfuffle at first with the seating - they tried to sit us downstairs and then upstairs before finally deciding on downstairs. our server also forgot to grab us items every so often (non-food related items that is, such as an extra menu or serviette). however, she was very friendly. thefooditself is great!! they present it all on cool wooden boards. the sushi is square rather than circle. they also have a few 'hot rock' items where they bring out raw meat and you cook it yourself on the sizzling hot rock (see our lamb below). thefoodand drink is also very reasonably priced. the place is also one of the better decorated sushi joints around town. we'd be back again for sure.

way overkill on the service- bordering on awkward. clientele need time to eat, relax and digest without constant attendance- we have been 3x so far and everytine we leave feeling the same way- serve thefoodbut give us some space!

i think my experience for this restaurant was mixed, just like the focus of thefoodfrom this place. overall it was decent, the decor was interesting mix of chinese and japanese themed.

the stone grill was kinda a knockoff of grizzly house in banff, not as flavourful, the pressed sushi fell apart, normally a gelatin is used but they just put liquid sauce, causing the rice to fall apart. the chicken and beef charcoal grill was ok, portion and value was decent but the only good taste was the sesame sauce it came with.

i enjoyed the deep fried mochi, but if a thicker teriyaki sauce was used would definitely taste better, masking the taste of unsettled deep fryer oil.

i think they also do other dishes but i think there's no theme or direction with the restaurant, especially when siracha bottles are part of the decor.

the entrance is hard to spot and parking was difficult to locate. overall if i was to go back... i'd probably not go back as just like all the chinese take out places, this place is trying to cover too many dishes, and feed you by volume, for a higher price.
