first and foremost i would like to state the obvious, yes it is cinco de mayo. my boyfriend and i went about 140ish and asked for the patio. we were informed that it would be about 20 minutes, which we were fine with. after waiting close to 40 and the only people still waiting to be sat, and roughly about 4-5 tables open on the patio a female server asked what we were waiting for and if we had received a text. we informed her no, and the patio and she promptly sat us. the wait i can understand. but the service and food from there was easily the worst i've received, on both ends. our server, kristan z. took our drink order, 2 waters and 2 margarita's on the rocks. after about 10 minutes we had received neither. our server asked if we were ready to order, i suppose realizing at that point that we had no drinks and went to get our waters. asked again and we asked for salsa. we were informed that someone else would be bringing it. after about another ten minutes we had to ask again and for our margarita's, our server brought both. we ordered, my order being classic nachos with beef added and my boyfriend ordered the full size quesadilla with no sour cream. my nachos, while not lacking in chips was missing just about everything that the menu stated it was suppose to have. my boyfriend's entree came out as the half portion, with sour cream. i asked for flour tortillas and received corn, which were uncooked. my drink sat empty until the end of our meal before i was asked if i wanted another one. i understand at this point it's just complaining, but the lack of attention to detail was so far off i wish we had honestly ventured somewhere else. i didn't ask for a manager, which is my own fault. i had already witnessed a group complaining when we arrived and didn't want to add to that. i've had good food from here before, maybe the nachos just aren't the right pick. and spending the extra money on adding meat def isn't worth it.
