hq is across the street, so expect great service. i've been to a dozen hillstone restaurants - this one was by far the best in terms of service. it felt like this location has a lot of regulars as the bartender knew every one of his customers. greatrestaurantthat i would definitely return to!

absolutely greatrestaurantespecially during happy hour. the atmosphere is great and like the sliding doors where there is sand outside. it is a great feel during the summer nights.

awesome steak. hillstone is one of the bestrestaurantin phoenix bar-non. i have been here twice last year and will be back on the 6th of august. i will be bringing someone that has never been here.

nice surprise. i see that there are mixed reviews so i'll add my two cents.
it was a bit of a disappointment that we could not dine on the patio as it is reserved for sushi or cocktails only.
therestaurantis lovely, but noisy. we were at a cozy table with another couple and we could not hear each other speak.

our waitress was a+. i ordered the kale and chicken salad. a perfect light meal with lots of flavor and wonderful texture. my husband had roasted chicken and vegetables with a side of tabouli. the tabouli was fabulous.

i can only comment on what we've tasted but my sister has been here several times and every meal was a winner.

we'll be back.

fantastic!. thisrestaurantjust bleeds class. my husband and i went with another couple and we were all satisfied with our meals. i had the ahi tuna salad (flying tuna i think it was called?) and it was delicious. my husband and friend had the swordfish special and that was cooked perfectly and the veggie mix was amazing. my friend's husband had their ribs and they were so tender and literally fall off the bone. i would definitely go back and recommend it. the bar is a great 'hang out' also. 2 thumbs up!

houstons has moved across the street and has renamed themselves hilstone. same great food and service with the addition of sushi to their menu. still my favoriterestaurantin town! keep serving it up!!!!

this place is so cool, that..... they don't even have to put the numbers behind the decimal point on the menu! totally generic, but it seems everyone is in love with this place. prices make you wish you were at arestaurantwith food to match the inflation. wedge salad, artichoke dip....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......so many great restaurants in town there's no reason to waste your time here. if this is your favorite place, you owe it to yourself to wake up and smell the roses....there's real food out there!

i've never been disappointed. the houston'srestaurantat the hilton village in scottsdale gets my heartiest compliments. whether it's a quick lunch at the bar or a full blown sit down dinner, i've always left feeling satisfied. the baby back pork ribs have been sampled twenty times. these fall off the bone ribs are sensational. the side dishes are large in quantity and tasty. if you have room, the hot fudge sundae will be the final topping. servers are also knowledgeable, prompt and polite. this is a great spot!

overpriced. the food is always good at houstons. however, the prices are crazy expensive. the food isn't anything better than any other chain checkrestaurantso i can't see the justifiication for their high prices. i do not like how dark it always is inside too. even when i've gone for lunch, it is so dark inside that you feel like it's nighttime. not my favorite place to go. i'd never pick it if i had a choice.
