hq is across the street, so expectgreatservice. i've been to a dozen hillstone restaurants - this one was by far the best in terms of service. it felt like this location has a lot of regulars as the bartender knew every one of his customers.greatrestaurant that i would definitely return to!

food was very good, nice ambiance, andgreatservice. i had the bbq ribs and was not disappointed. however, i didn't realize until i walked in and saw menu that it's the exact same as houstons. not complaining since i like houstons, but why not just call it houstons...??

great food but horrible @ reception!. the food wasgreatbut the reception desk lost my check-in information and then wanted to argue about whether or not i checked in. while i realize they get busy and chaotic, they need to manage this process in a more efficient manner for this caliber of eating establishment. and not bicker with the guest! the food isn't worth it!

loved our service. jamie c was excellent. the food wasgreat& everyone was so accommodating with the baby. even a hot towel to wipe him down with afterwards. wow! definately coming back!

fantastic service, classy & not overbearing which can be very rare these days. fantastic atmosphere. indoor/outdoor flowgreatduring the late fall when we stopped in. very relaxed but up-market design. the food? outstanding! fresh white nori pressed sushi was absolutely melt in the mouth delicious. sunday soup was chili and tortilla chips made on site. large bites of tender beef, rich sauce, and fantastic flavor. my trout flavored with cajun spices still respected the sweet fish flesh which arrived tender and fork flake perfect. my husbands steak was also fantastic. i will be back, best meal we've had in a while!

fantastic!. this restaurant just bleeds class. my husband and i went with another couple and we were all satisfied with our meals. i had the ahi tuna salad (flying tuna i think it was called?) and it was delicious. my husband and friend had the swordfish special and that was cooked perfectly and the veggie mix was amazing. my friend's husband had their ribs and they were so tender and literally fall off the bone. i would definitely go back and recommend it. the bar is agreat'hang out' also. 2 thumbs up!

agreatchoice. five of us had dinner during the middle of the dinner hour and the staff did a terrific job throughout. everybody was well trained to ensure the table was continuously cleared, drinks were filled, the works. we were not restricted to a few staff but it was understood among them that everyone worked for every table. the food was terrific. they even had a stupendous house-made veggie burger. yes, i said veggie burger. the filet salad was tops. the cous cous was the best. if you have not been there yet you're missing a real treat.

way down hill. houston's was great-hillstone no.greatjob with interior but did they fire the cook staff or what?? the food-from hamburger to caesar salad to fish- is much worse. also, they have a problem bringing the right entree. food has gone fromgreatto below average and staff has been added that is not up to previous level.

houstons has moved across the street and has renamed themselves hilstone. samegreatfood and service with the addition of sushi to their menu. still my favorite restaurant in town! keep serving it up!!!!

consistent quality, year over year...over year!. i've been eating at houston's for 3 decades, starting in dallas to phoenix to scottsdale. the grilled chicken salad remains my all-time favorite, the spinach dip is the ultimate - no other restaurant's version can touch it - and when in season, don't miss the key lime pie.greatfood,greatmemories!

absolutely amazing! awesome salads, prime rib and center cut fillet (my husband and i both agree the best beef we have ever tasted). super friendly staff andgreatservice. a little more than your typical restuarant but well worth it.

best veggie burger in town!. i have been a veggie for over 20 years, and this is by far the most flavorful veggie burger in town. they also always have reallygreatsteamed veggies...but the fries are delish too!
