not too much choices but a good place to quickly warm ur stomach up. good part is you can always order extra noodles for free each time. there is not much good ramen in brisbane so can't complain......

you always feel welcome coming here for your fix of ramen. the soup is flavoursome and with a free bowl of noodles after your first, it's definitely very filling. i definitely love the miso spicy men with a side of gyoza which is always crunchy and succulent. if you come on your birthday it's free! doesn't matter which branch you go to, the flavour is the same which is great!

good ramen, good gyoza. my preferred place to carb up on the weekend after squash :) prefer the sunnybank outlet over the one in the city and in the malls.

terrible experience at warrigal shop. i like hakataya ramen very much, however i got very terrible experience at warrigal shop last night.

we ordered nagahama and miso spicy men around 18:10 27/2/2015.
when staff serviced us, soup were not hot , actually it was warm, and very oily and sticky.

i saw the customer around us no one finish their noodle and left lots to then left. the other hakataya ramen in brisbane were not like that. i am very disappoint the ramen i tasted last night in warrigal shop.

i have to agree with 'messy' the look & feel of the place has gone off a tad
we went on the opening day & have been regulars (monthly) ever since
seems the 'feel' goes away if there isn't a woman on duty to organise the men !!
the ramen has been consistently good as have the goyza
take some heed to the organisation & cleanliness
it'd be a shame to tarnish a hard fought reputation with so much competition a few foot steps away

very rude waitress. i was absolutely disgusted by the service received, felt like i was being told off by the waitress on something that i wasn't even aware of.

extremely rude, especially coming from a usual polite nation.

yummy ramen. we ordered char-siu noodles. they were yummy but made us so so so thirsty afterwards. we also had free refills (kaedama). the temperature of the soup in our bowl was not hot enough to cook the refills. if you think you might order refills, eat your noodles very quickly otherwise your refills would be undercooked in your bowl. i give 6 out of 10 to this place.

good ramen but wished they have more choices. this place services great ramen (hence the long cue you see outside).

however, only wished they served a bit more choices, eg tokoyaki, yakitori, other 'pub' food. etc

ramen is consistent through all their branches and good customer service as always. my friends love this place and treats it like their personal "zone-off" noodle station. i rate it 6/10

delicious ramen and value for money. ramen noodle here is really tangy. love their soup, very tasty and consistent. love that they provide 1 bowl of free kaedama too.

ramen is so nice!! very traditional made ramen...you also get free refill ramen for once if you don’t have enough. the char siu is very tender and the soup base is very delicious…will definitely go back again!
