not sure why people complain about the wait. this has the best coffee i've had in sydney - hands down.
before, i thought i was drinking good coffee at my local cafe, until i went to campos.
the baristas have all been working there for a long time, testament to their professionalism and is a good sign in any cafe or restaurant thay they treat it as a profession, not just a job between uni lectures.
the standard has been raised for me - there are other places that have coffee just as good now but this was the first for me.
i don't understand why people complain about waiting. if three baristas can barely keep up with demand, then it would indicate that the coffee is rated highly. i would be more worried about a cafe in newtoan that wasn't busy - indicating that it's no good.
stop winging.
