it was a pretty hot day and a nice refreshing beverage was in order. on missenden road, this outlet was buzzing with heaps of people looking to escape the heat! order and pay at the counter and they’ll bring your order out to you.serviceis really friendly.

wasn’t sure what i wanted but eyed a couple of cold drinks on tap. one was nitro which was a cold brew coffee and the other was cascara which is coffee cherry soda. i had a sample and thought it was quite nice so got a glass of it. it wasn’t too sweet and quite bubbly. it’s an interesting taste and may not suit all.

incredible coffee, incredible food. also theserviceis impeccable, everyone working at campos knows precisely what they are doing. i would go 20 minutes out of my way just to get coffee here on the way to uni. the only downside is that sometimes the wait is quite long, but just because it's so busy all the time! i also wish it was open for longer during the day!

have always liked this place but the coffee just seems to get better each time i come.serviceis good and prompt and they have a small selection of pastries. other than that, no food. it's more of a coffee bar than cafe. allows you to enjoy the coffee experience all the more without the distractions of food.

good coffee andservicebut i find this cafe a bit cramped if i'm wanting to 'drink in'. for that reason - queues permitting - i'm more likely to pop around the corner to brewtown with its great coffee and staff.

since i was in newtown i dropped by to order my favourite coffee brand 'campos' they have never disappoint me yet! maybe because the intense training and standards they have are really strict.i heard that if the coffee isn't up to their standards the company will shutdown the operations! also there's the method and stance that they need to do to make their coffee. this café is small but theservicespeed and customerserviceare great, staff always smile and greets you. =dthis is why campos coffee are always the same and good, shame i don't have one locally but when i'm close by i get one! usually i love campos and toby estate otherwise ill drink tea. until next time ..... keep eating??? i mean drinking! lol

all in all, a small coffee shop with costly coffees, slowserviceand just the right amounts of friendliness and of snootiness. the pastries are pretty good but also dear.

unfortunately, campos coffee is incredibly cosy if you will and cramped, which markedly mars our experience at the shop.

all said and done, coffee is coffee or we don't really understand coffee. however, we can say that campos coffee isn't abominable coffee and we might come back again.

the beat the qservicehere was disappointing as the order is not processed until you arrive, which defeats the purpose of 'beat the q'. i usually have to wait in excess of ten minutes despite pre ordering my coffee. i would rather go to luxe, only a door down for great coffee, fabulous and timely service.

the coffee is amazing - several hundred times better than most cafés which use campos roast.serviceis pretty slow - it's incredibly busy - but seldom rude.
it's super expensive, and if i never bought coffe there i could probably buy a nespresso machine by now, but it's my favourite treat.

oh cant say anything else but campos is the best coffee i've ever tasted, strong mild and bold after-taste.

talking about the coffeeshop at newtown in general is great. have tap water and glasses ready for customers to take ourselves. good and friendlyserviceeventhough busy, smiley staffs. keep up the great work!
