we were there on a saturday evening and suprisingly it was not all that busy, before you walkin with your friends make sure someone is giving a treat or you have a fat wallet.
honestly none of us had any idea on the dishes served, if you don't know, don't have one more wry... you can still look at the ingredients and not feel embarrassed.
had coconut based soup , rich creamy and had an unknown vegetable which got stuck in mouth, but still good 3.5/5
mushroom starter , burnt well but nothing great.. it was like my wife's overburnt potato.. 2.5/5
lotus stem, this one was cracker... like lays chips soaked in sauce , well done 3.5/5
main course we didn't know a thing... but thankfully the staff understood our blank faces and rescued. had thai red curry with steamed rice, and a side that had loads of vegetables marinated with slurpy sauce and roasted cashews. 3/5
finally to end on a sweet note, we shared chocolate mousse (i didn't share) , vanilla bean ice cream pancake and another of chefs special... all good , yummy and slurpalicoous 3/5
the ambience, decor and staff were as usual worth the ₹500 starter , what else can we expect. and yes , the non vegetarian guys ordered some fish which they wanted me to rate 4/5 and chicken which was just about. they had tom yum chicken soup.. for which i don't know what to rate...
also ordered few mocktails, the siam drink was different from the rest
overall will visit again if someone else gives me treat...
for 4 of us the bill was ₹6500 even though the food was good...
