the ambience was excellent with apt lighting, soothing music and comfortable seating. the staff at the restaurant were genuine and courteous. as soon as we took our table, a pallette cleanser was served. how should this be eaten?. first, take a large spinach leaf then add a generous amount of groundnuts, coconut shavings and onions for the crunch, then add in some chillies and ginger for the spice, then a small piece of lime for the tang. finally, add a full spoon of the sweet sauce evenly on top of the other ingredients, fold the spinach leaf and eat it.
