been here several times before 3 years. i started loving thai food from this place.
since then nothin has changed.
ambience was amazing.
food was awesome too. my friend who never tried thai food before loved it.
set menu us d best if you not sure what to eat and its good for two people.
we also ordered their coconut soup and also chikn wrapped in leaves( frgt d name :p )
rates are lil high but worth the experience..

everything tasted like lemon grass. and it was too oily. quantity was good. good service, but long waiting time. good location. peaceful dining.

fantastic food! probably the best thai food you can get in chennai! amazing experience every time i visit. all dishes have an authentic feel with the right tinge of indian in it! keep up the great level of service and cleanliness and you’ll be the undisputed thai restaurant of chennai.

the first time i visited this restaurant was nearly a decade ago when it just opened. i again decided to come back for lunch on saturday ( 10th aug) hoping to relive my first memorable experience. iam disappointed to say that the standard of the food has gone down drastically. 
i first ordered the prawn dumplings which was deep fried/oily and looked like our south indian vadas, couldnt get any taste of the prawns as it was blended.mashed,made into a paste, hence the whole flavour was lost, same was not specfied in thier menu.

luckily the staff were quick enough to give us an alternate option which was much better, however chennai being on the coast you expect the prawns to be well cooked and fresh, it wasnt, it was frozen and not very pleasant to eat.

the main course : aside from the thai vegetable fried rice, the glass noodles were thick and gluggy when they should be must softer and transparent. we ordered for a seer fish cooked in tri flavoured sauce, it was terrible, the fish wasnt thawed or defrosted properly, hence it affected its overall flavour and texture, we couldnt eat it all as it was difficult to cut into pieces with our cutlery, and decide it to send it back.
atleast the staff were good enough not to charge us for the prawn dumplings and seer fish.

the only thing i enjoyed was my tender coconut drink. i really hope the food and overall experience improves in the near future, as i certainly wouldnt be tempted to come back ever with my friends and family as the fish did give me a stomach upset the following day.

have tried multiple outlets but they still serve the best thai food in chennai..from their starters to main course to desserts .. everything is excellent...have been here multiple times and. each time..food is just been great

i usually don't award 5-star ratings to restaurants but this one deserves it completely! i absolutely loved the experience and, most importantly, the food!

it was my first foray into the world of thai cuisine and i was not disappointed. we ordered spring rolls, coconut soup and thai green curry with jasmine rice. all of these have complicated thai names on the menu which i cannot remember for the life of me. 😏

the soup was amazing and was this combination of coconutty and tangy flavours that i've never tasted before. the spring rolls were served with honey, and that combination blew my mind! seriously, you should try it.

and last, the thai green curry with jasmine rice. it was to die for! can't describe it in words, i'm totally in love with it.

the service was great! the ambience, the look of the place all provide a nice, authentic feeling. i'll definitely be back for more.

we went on a weekday lunch and availed their set menu..!! this is the best value for money you can get here and gives you the option to explore in small quantities for a number of varieties..!!

wonderful ambience! i just loved the way the food was presented but unfortunately everything had a strong ginger taste in it. i’m not a fan of ginger if you like ginger then this is the place you have to be.
the non veg set meal was sufficient but except the chicken starter all others weren’t so impressive.

expensive but can try once in a year 🤪 love their lobster and duck roast 😍 calm and soothing ambiance 👍 their food took some time to reach the table but worth the wait . this is not a place for vegetarians, my vegetarian friends had not much options 🙈😂

this was my first thai cuisine experience. a medium sized restaurant seems like an old grand house converted to a restaurant. the staff were extremely friendly, from welcoming us at the entrance to showing us a table and waiting on us everything was taken care of. interiors are very warm, suitable for any kind of customer, families, groups of friends, couples etc.

since i'm new to the cuisine, i asked the waiter to help us with our order. i don't remember names of the dishes, but the pictures cover most of it. the appetizer was interesting, where we made our own leaf wrapped salad bites. loved the main course which we ordered along with some crab meat. along with our meal we were offered lemongrass infused tea which kept refreshing our palate. for dessert we got the mango sticky rice. it was a good choice and i highly recommend it.

we ordered some iced tea to drink which wasn't necessary and didn't taste great either. you can avoid that. the lemongrass tea is enough to go with the food. also make sure you have enough time on you because the dishes take a while to prepare. at one point we had nothing on our table and played a game of thumb war to entertain ourselves while we waited lol. ashwin yerra

we also saw a family celebrate a birthday there and the entire staff gathered around and sang for the person. that was really sweet!

they have valet parking here. overall, a good experience.

one of the best restaurants in town for thai cuisine. the ambience is very good and conveniently located in the heart of amma chennai.

pretty good options for both meat lovers and vegetarians. overall a must visit place if you love thai food.

i like this restaurant for delicious thai/asian cuisine and some interesting dishes. the ambience is homely and provides a good setting for a family dinner. though price is a bit on the higher side, it's value for money.

we were searching for the thai restaurant we visited in 2013. after scouting mylapore for quite some time we decided to ask google and benjarong was the first suggestion with a 4.4/5 rating. the ambience did not disappoint us all i wanted was my tom yong soup. let me tell you this, tom yong soup was good, sathey was okay, green mango salad (yum mamung) was delicious, spring rolls (poh pia je) was average, veg stir fried noodles (bamee pah) was really nice, shredded tenderloin fried in black bean sauce was the best. they make their own coconut ice creams as well. the only drawback would be the washroom. they lack a separate hand wash. water is too salty to rinse your mouth. though i wanted to savour the taste of dishes, salty water at the hand wash ruined it all.

how close is the food to thai is questionable ... but the food taste delicious and sumptuous...

weirdly i like the raw mango salad more than anything in the restaurant ... red curry and green curry tastes yummy and so does the thai basil fried rice.

desert choices are thin as in any south east asian restaurant...

the cost is no the higher side .. but i would go anytime here for a hearty food ..

forgot to mention a silent ambience and private rooms for family lunch and dinner ...
