if you like breakfast.......... ........this is the place to go in town. food is hot and delicious, and it's always got agreatatmosphere. just beware come early cause this place is always packed.

we've been to toast many times and have always had a nice experience. eggs & toast, and egg sandwich are some of my favorites. greatbloody mary's too!

awesome food,greatbourbon coffee, and friendly staff.greatatmosphere. cool venue. you'd have to be a grinch not to enjoy breakfast here!

terrific breakfasts,greatbloody mary's, very pleasant service, and a pancake selection that is amazing! watch for the black forest and peanut butter and jelly pancakes… in addition to the lemon they are our favorites.

the service was excellent and the ambience was perfect. what agreatlittle spot. our food came and my husband thought his food was heavy on the butter. our waiter took it back with complete professionalism and had it remade and then didn't charge us for it. toast is a very well run restaurant and i would definitely try them again.

my boyfriend and i had a wonderful brunch here.. we originally only came in for bloody mary's, which were garlic and nicely robust totally amazing! we then decided to split the caprese grilled cheese with a tomato based soup and it was very refreshing withgreatflavors. my boyfriend had a kentucky mimosa which was very good with nice bourbon in it! the staff was very attentive and polite and we would come again when we are in town!!!

great for brunch. an excellent destination for breakfast or brunch, toast on market has a comfortable yet unique venue. prompt and friendly service aids in the experience, followed bygreatfood with a touch of originality. if someone were to ask me for one place to eat in louisville before lunch i would quickly recommend toast.

brunch!!.greatfor sunday brunch!! we love the service and the hash brown casserole... we spend the next week looking for the recipe to make at home. if you are hungry, go for "the cliffie's plate". if there looks like there is a long wait, don't leave they move people fast!

love this place!. have visited several and have never gotten a bad meal. the food is delish,greatatmosphere and good consistent service. one of my clients is a very picky eater and this is the perfect to meet her - they will make any dish just like you want it.

i love this place. the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the food is perfect. the hash brown casserole is so delicious, as well as the banana pancakes. the drinks are also really fun! mimosas, bloody marys..you name it.greatservice as well.

get take out. the toast and eggs are fabulous. however, the coffee is disgusting, service is mediocre at best, and the vibe makes me question myself and whether i'm hip enough to eat there. that said, the food is pretty good, and makinggreatcoffee at home and grabbing take out avoids all of the problems i have with the place. i'm glad it's a few blocks from my house. and, i think they inspired some other breakfast options/competition, so i thank them for that!

great breakfast. very chicago-like. wish they had better coffee but the food is quite good. definitely agreataddition to the brunch scene.
