really delicious food. while thepoutinewasn't as good as in canada (i don't hunk you can get cheese curd here in oz) the hot wings and pulled pork burger were to die for. the wings were hot, but not too hot you couldn't enjoy them. they worked really well with the franchise dressing side.

my sister took me here after raving about the food - she's a big fan of american / canadian cuisine. thepoutineis nice but i'm just not a big fan. the burgers are juicy. the staff are really friendly, love a chat!

a quaint and quirky canadian-themed bar and restaurant in bondi. a good selection of bar food —chips, burgers, wings, etc. thepoutinewas spot on! we also enjoyed the corn chips (funny). the owners have obviously gone the extra mile to make the food delicious.

honestly the worst service i've ever experienced. loved finding canadian food here in sydney, especiallypoutinebut won't be returning as the staff couldn't have been any less helpful. spent in total two hours waiting for food. part of order never showed up even after asking, wrong food delivered after an hour wait. left to eat our meals without any drinks even after asking multiple times...ending up just stealing water off the table next to us. their food is quite enjoyable but much of a let down with service.

was so excited to try this place out. definitely what i needed at the end of the coogee to bondi (yes i did it backwards). we ended up ordering wayyy too much food but it was so worth it. had the buffalo wings, fried pickles, poutineand a burger as well.
the buffalo wings were very well sauced already and wasn't overly spicy but still packed a punch and came with ranch sauce which was awesome. thepoutineis amazing, as allpoutineis. i wish more places in sydney made them. i'd love to see a jumbopoutineon the menu one day as i could roll myself in it and eat it all day. i loved the atmosphere and decorations and the wait staff were super friendly! was definitely worth it!

the stuffed beaver is definitely the place to go when you feel like getting stuffed with 'dam' delicious man-food. i'm not sure how canadian this diner is, but who dam cares!? (ok i'll stop with the dam puns now) i went with a group of 6 and we luckily all fit in one of their booths.. 6 was a tight squeeze, even with some quite large bodies, so i was quite surprised we did end up fitting, i was expecting to sit across 2 booths after seeing the photos of the interior.  the tightness didn't bother us as we were close friends, on the booths across from us along the right-hand side, are 2-person booths for more intimate dinners.

the food was outrageously excellent, and service was outstanding as well. johnny and the gang do a great job with making dining at the stuffed beaver such an enjoyable and fun experience!

the sup dog ($10) was so good, i ate this all without leaving anything behind. other stand outs were the classicpoutine($15) (you must order this when you visit this place, no question to it), the hot wings ($12) and carne nachos ($15).

out of the cocktails i recommend the stormy jerry ($16), it was the table favourite and best spiced rum with ginger beer i've ever had. that drink along with some trivia games within the group (highlight was to name every canadian celebrity we can on the top of our heads) certainly kept us going till the diner closed.

i'm eager beaver to come back here - johnny has promised to add a filipino addition to the menu soon - adobo tacos - i'll be definitely first in line if this does happen!! :d

average at best today. wings andpoutinewere good. literally had to light a flare to get service even though the place was empty! don't like the new bar chairs, they are uncomfortable! have been a customer for years but the place looks as though it could do with a good clean!

best pulled pork burger in town!!. sometimes i just like to go to see what they've written on their chalkboard outside. i love a laid back, great sense of humour with delicious food type of place. i live 50 mins away but will happily make the travel just to eat their pulled pork burger. so tender and the brioche bun with the coleslaw really make the burger. theirpoutineis incredible! their wings are pretty spicy but really good. tacos are pretty good too. just really good comfort food!

the highlight for me was their take on the classicpoutine($14.99). a favourite canadian snack that originated from quebec. it is chunky fries/hot chips covered in light brown gravy and melted cheese.

the stuffed beaver is an interesting spot. it’s a canadian inspired joint that dishes up a mixture of canadian and a tex-mex type menu. i’m talking fries, tacos, dogs, burgers and nachos. it’s not 100% canadian through and through but the staff and the owner are. they do serve the classicpoutinewhich if you’re like me and have never tried this before, is a speciality junk food originating from quebec, a true emulsion of french canada. it’s fries served with gravy and cheese curds and it is as it sounds, evil and glorious. the venue has your typical sports bar vibe, great for a cheap eat and groups wanting to share. everyday they have a dam special. wing half day wednesday is their most popular item and i can totally see why. the frickles, ($5.99 – deep fried pickles) seems ungodly but it turns out to be one of life’s true guilty pleasures. if you love pickles you will love them hot, deep fried, covered in batter and then dipped in that tangy ranch sauce.  wanting the best of both wor

after googling "where to buypoutinein sydney" i found out that they were sold at "the stuffed beaver" in bondi. so i had to go there. google told me that they specialised in "canadian / american" food. the stuffed beaver is located in bondi (not bondi junction), on 271 bondi rd . you literally need to drive all the way down bondi rd - it's located near the corner of bondi road and denham st. we arrived in bondi around 1:15pm and managed to find free 2 hour street parking on the curve where denham st turns into fletcher st. you can easily recognise th

so, thepoutine($14.99) came out first. i literally saw it in front of my eyes and thought i was in heaven!! and it had been freshly made so the chips were super crispy and the gravy was hot and the cheese was melting into the gravy…. mmmm…. i thought it was really yummy..but then i’m biased because usually i go gaga over anything with fries.
