really delicious food. while the poutine wasn't as good as in canada (i don't hunk you can get cheese curd here in oz) the hot wings and pulled porkburgerwere to die for. the wings were hot, but not too hot you couldn't enjoy them. they worked really well with the franchise dressing side.

was so excited to try this place out. definitely what i needed at the end of the coogee to bondi (yes i did it backwards). we ended up ordering wayyy too much food but it was so worth it. had the buffalo wings, fried pickles, poutine and aburgeras well.
the buffalo wings were very well sauced already and wasn't overly spicy but still packed a punch and came with ranch sauce which was awesome. the poutine is amazing, as all poutine is. i wish more places in sydney made them. i'd love to see a jumbo poutine on the menu one day as i could roll myself in it and eat it all day. i loved the atmosphere and decorations and the wait staff were super friendly! was definitely worth it!

we came here on a monday night and got the special which included the john candy burger, side of poutine and a beer. delicious! theburgeris tasty and the bun is soft. was my first time trying poutine and won't be the last! the only thing i would recommend is to turn down the volume a notch!

the 'sup dog was the highlight of the night. i could easily have eaten ten. i washed it down with a nice n spicy bloody caesar. the chili chips and johny candyburgerwere tasty enough but nothing compared to the 'sup dog. very friendly and attentive service, would definitely go back!

best pulled porkburgerin town!!. sometimes i just like to go to see what they've written on their chalkboard outside. i love a laid back, great sense of humour with delicious food type of place. i live 50 mins away but will happily make the travel just to eat their pulled pork burger. so tender and the brioche bun with the coleslaw really make the burger. their poutine is incredible! their wings are pretty spicy but really good. tacos are pretty good too. just really good comfort food!

this canadian diner slash hipster bar is the perfect place to eat ridicuously good food that is ridiculously bad for you. the burgers are front and centre on the menu and range from simple to the gourmet and are all put together in a brioche bun. you can get the heart-stopping john candy with grilled cheese, bacon and a succulent pattie (all made in-house), the sanchez for those mexican lovers looking for a bit of salsa and guac on theirburgerand for those into pigs (like me) you can get yourburgerfilled with pulled pork coleslaw and bbq sauce, appropriately named the happy pig.

firstly, this restaurant falls into the 'less than $15 per main' section. i guess it depends on what your concept of a main is then so this is open to interpretation! the whole idea in this restaurant is burgers and fries, the classic combo that works. should you want them together then you'll be very lucky to pay under $22 dollars for the experience. fancy a beer with that? a pt of little creatures? that'll be another 12 bucks? call me old fashioned (or call me fat...whatever) but when i go for aburgerand fries i kind of expect them to come together and i generally don't expect to have to remortgage my house to pay for them! okay, so cost isn't an issue for everyone so how was the food? awful! if a burger, so greasy that the bottom bun is completely soggy, is your idea of fun then you'll love this place! all served up in a try-hard kitschy circus-esque basket. i guess that makes cleaning up easy? you'd think! but actually the place stank of grease and was in need of a good clean. i'm sorry stuffed beaver but you hadn't one redeeming feature, not even your staff. big thumbs down!

what's with all the stoner food on sydney menus? the abercrombie, the duke and now i find the beaver capitalising on the 'green' dollar. although here they tell me it's food for north american ex-pats and aussies après-whistler. i guess for everyone else, burgers and frickles (deep fried pickles) are comfort food for drowning out working 9-5. there's a chummy bar in the front for loners, and dark booths in the back for intimate couples - just what you want when sharing tacos. genuine corn tortillas, soft and open with clumps of flavour, are all grinners but the chicken tacos ($4.99) with coconut and mango win by a nose.burgerselection is vast with a smug (but deserved) 'no changes' policy, especially as their happy pig ($12.99) is perfection in a bun. the pulled pork, bbq sauce, and coleslaw will have you rolling in the proverbial mud. the j-lo ($17.49) , isn't jenny from the block , but a friend's creation of tequila, wine and g
