hands down best thai food i have ever had....and absolutely the best service anyone could hope for. from the owner to the waitress, i've never been more impressed! and byob??!! please and thank you!!!

this place is the bomb. the dining area is very informal, yet very clean. i travel for a living and this is the best thai i have ever eaten. worth the trip. remember to get the coconut ice cream desert.

good thai dining. great food and excellent service. drive by it all the time and decided to give it a try and will definitely be back. kid friendly - very easy to share lots of dishes. owner andre is a great guy, committed to making great, authentic food. he sent a free sampling of appetizers to our table for us to try different items off the menu. very good experience, will be back!

great experience-1st timers. my wife and i ate here for the first time. stumbled upon their new tasting event. wonderful people working here. they knew their food and were passionate about it. food was authentic and perfectly done. my wife and i are foodies. we eat at 5 star places all over the world......this low key byob place can hang with most. we will be back....quite often. we will also bring fiends and family. if you like thai food....make the drive.

ate there a couple times. great food and really friendly people. had the tom ka shrimp. i think i found my new ( i don't feel good some soup would really help) soup.

wow!!! new favorite thai restaurant! awesome, friendly staff, phenominal cooks! food speaks for itself, tom ka, seabass, san-mee were all amazing!! check it out if you haven't already done so.

great food and service. it was our first time at this restaurant. the owner came out to greet us and make recommendations on what to order. the lunch portions were large and the entree came with a delicious soup. then, because it was our first visit, we were treated to a coconut ice cream, also delicious. our daughter was with us and took home a couple of the pineapple chicken entrees for her and her husband to eat that night.

i came in with my 2 boys 1 of which was brand new to thai food our server was very knowledgeable very friendly and was able to suggest a dish he actually loved i'm sure he will order it again. the whole staff was friendly courteous and willing to go the extra mile for their patrons. 1 woman ordered a diet coke in and they went to walmart to get it for her. little things like that will keep people coming back i'm definitely a fan. my pad thai was excellent perfect blend of heat in flavor. my sons masaman curry was fantabulous he called his "happy dish". do yourself a favor and pay them a visit you be so glad you did

first visit - won't be the last!. my son and i have a hobby...trying thai restaurants. tonight was our first visit to thai thippawan and we absolutely loved it! we've already looked over the menu to plan our next visit! thanks andre!

not all fancied up. plain decorations and table settings don't mean plain food. if you want over the top atmosphere and high prices, go somewhere else. if you want really good thai food, go here! service is great. cooks are all thai. recipes are all from scratch. fresh vegetables and high quality meat. you gotta try the curry fo shurry! i love the panang and my gf loves the green, but they're all great. can't go wrong with the pad thai either. never had a bad meal there and we've eaten most of the menu. watch how spicy you ask for it, because you'll get it.

this food will make your day.. i've been to thai thippawan a few times, and every time i leave my thoughts are always, "wow, wow and yet again wow." the food is absolutely amazing, it always taste fresh and bold. i've yet to order something that isn't phenomenal. it's real cozy and the waiters are always very sweet; i've never experienced any bad service. the owner is a really nice guy and greets all the costumers and the prices arn't going to put a hole in your wallet. it's just an all around great atmosphere and you feel very satisfied after you've left. so if you're looking for some quality thai food, this place is a great spot to check out.

do this place today!. best thai food, staff and owners. without a doubt. once a month they have a taste of thai buffet style all you can eat for $15. you must have a reservation to get involved in this since they only have room for about 40 seats. small, cozy, warm and feels like home.

but the food! pad thai may be the best i ever had and pad woon sen with pork was amazing. everything i ate was stunningly diffferent from any other thai place. wonton was perfection, corn patties were unique and the sauces were their own recipes and cannot be beat. especially the peanut sauce and sweet and sour.

with the buffet i was able to try everything and know my favorites now for when i come back and is not buffet.

i drove 50 miles to join my friends for dinner here and i will definitely drive it again. these guys feel like down-home-family-thai-cooking!

delicious!. we went here for the first time this week and there were so many things we absolutely loved!
1. the environment....the restaurant is very clean, even though it is smaller it was nice and you could tell they took pride in it.
2. the staff...they were so personable! the owner came and talked with us for a little bit while we were waiting to get our meal (not the annoying type talk where they won't go away while you're trying to eat), the waiter was very informative about the menu and they all round cared if you liked it or not. they want to know your input on how the dish taste, was presented, and prepared. they recommended dishes based on what we told him we liked and didn't like (i.e. spicy, etc). our drinks never went empty and the service was fast and friendly!
3. the price....it was so affordable. we got two soft drinks, two entrees and a dessert and it was $22!!
4. last but not least, the food....it was very good, i was impressed and i will have to admit i do not usually try new things. the ingredients were fresh, it was hot (temperature wise), and it was tasty! i ordered the pad thai and my boyfriend order the pad kra pow. both dishes were amazing (of course i tried his too) and not to mention the dessert we order the stinky rice with coconut ice cream (which was complementary on the house since it was our first time eating there). i would have never ordered the dessert because i hate coconut and with rice?! but it was delicious!!!! i highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and a friendly atmosphere!

great time!. my wife and i tried thai thippawan for the first time and loved it! the owner (andre voraritskul) greeted us at the door and told us the history of the restaurant and made us feel right at home. we will definitely be back.
