all the reviewers are owner's friends?. what are they talking about? the food wasnt good at all! my husband ordered chicken fried rice. his food was okay. not that great. i thought the rice wasnt fried enough though. but just okay. and i ordered pad lad na. omg!!!! theownersaid it is best with seafood. why were the flat rice noodles burned? and where was my sea food? i only saw a lot of fishballs, which are made of fish scraps!!!! and it was extra money for that! i won't go there anymore!!! that food ruined my day.

awesome, vegan-friendly!. thai thip is a fantastic vegan-friendly thai restaurant in the mid cities near hurst and north richland hills. theownerand the staff were all very kind and accommodating. they made sure everything was prepared according to my dietary preferences and were very fun and awesome to me. the restaurant is full of dedicated regulars, and theownertakes genuine care in the quality of his food and strives to create an excellent dining experience for each of his guests. i almost always feel i am inconveniencing the waitstaff by being vegan, and usually feel compelled to apologize or joke about my eating habits, but this was completely not the case at thai thip. i felt incredibly welcomed, and very, very glad to have found this place! the food was cooked to perfection and the vegetables were all fresh-- not frozen. i had the green curry and the mushrooms were probably the best i've had in a while. everything was a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory. i'll definitely be back!

really good food, great service and theowneris very nice and friendly. we tried some dishes that were new to us and plan on coming back.

best thai food!. my husband and i have eaten dinner twice now at thai tipp and both times the food has been wonderful. we have eaten and many, many thai place in ft worth and this is hands down the best we have ever had! the food is very fresh, served with a beautiful presentation and the wait staff is friendly and attentive! cannot wait for the monthly "taste of thailand" that theownerhosts every month ~
tonight!! andre theowneris happy to make recommendations and he is very friendly! i give this place 5 stars for food!

110% super scrumptious thai! theownerrecommended dishes that hit the spot. my 2 small children liked the thai wings & jasmine rice. i ordered the n4, it was seasoned perfectly & i can really tell the veggies were fresh. the staff were nice to the kids too when normally at other places they often get ignored. i was pleasantly surprised with the luxury soap in the ladies room. this foodie highly recommends thai thip! two forks up!

charming, friendly, delicious.. my family and i decided to try out thai thippawan based off of the reviews here on urbanspoon. the main reason, though, was that they had vegetarian options and vegetarian corn patties which i love. the place matched up to all of the positive review its been receiving. i was so very impressed by this place.. i actually realized driving up that this restaurant used to be my old dance studio :) but the atmosphere was very calming and inviting. we always had a full beverage in front of us (which is a plus in my book), and our server was just so sweet and helpful. they brought our tea out hot, and it was just so relaxing sipping some hot herbal tea and listening to the soothing thai inspired soundscape music above our heads. the corn patties were so damn delicious, and i actually loved their spring rolls (i have eaten spring rolls at several thai food places in the dfw and these were the only ones i've actually liked). my pad thai was well....yum. the best thing was that theownertook time out to personally greet us (and not the type ofownerthat asks you how the food was and then walks away..)..anownerthat should be teaching other owners how to treat their customers. if your guests know you, then they are much more likely to return. andre did just that. i wish the best of luck to this establishment and will be coming back soon.

great food, great people. hubby, son and i decided today was the day to check it out. food was excellent and theownerwas both personable and gracious when my meal was a little too spicy for me. traded for almond chicken which was divine. (the other was also very good, but too hot for me). definitely reccomend it and we will be back.

best thai food around! the curry is excellent with the perfect amount of spice. be sure to get the homemade coconut ice cream with sticky rice for dessert. it is absolutely amazing! the service is awesome and theownerexplained the intricacies of every entree. if you want homemade thai this is the place to go!

hands down best thai food i have ever had....and absolutely the best service anyone could hope for. from theownerto the waitress, i've never been more impressed! and byob??!! please and thank you!!!

good thai dining. great food and excellent service. drive by it all the time and decided to give it a try and will definitely be back. kid friendly - very easy to share lots of dishes.ownerandre is a great guy, committed to making great, authentic food. he sent a free sampling of appetizers to our table for us to try different items off the menu. very good experience, will be back!

great food and service. it was our first time at this restaurant. theownercame out to greet us and make recommendations on what to order. the lunch portions were large and the entree came with a delicious soup. then, because it was our first visit, we were treated to a coconut ice cream, also delicious. our daughter was with us and took home a couple of the pineapple chicken entrees for her and her husband to eat that night.

this food will make your day.. i've been to thai thippawan a few times, and every time i leave my thoughts are always, "wow, wow and yet again wow." the food is absolutely amazing, it always taste fresh and bold. i've yet to order something that isn't phenomenal. it's real cozy and the waiters are always very sweet; i've never experienced any bad service. theowneris a really nice guy and greets all the costumers and the prices arn't going to put a hole in your wallet. it's just an all around great atmosphere and you feel very satisfied after you've left. so if you're looking for some quality thai food, this place is a great spot to check out.

delicious!. we went here for the first time this week and there were so many things we absolutely loved!
1. the environment....the restaurant is very clean, even though it is smaller it was nice and you could tell they took pride in it.
2. the staff...they were so personable! theownercame and talked with us for a little bit while we were waiting to get our meal (not the annoying type talk where they won't go away while you're trying to eat), the waiter was very informative about the menu and they all round cared if you liked it or not. they want to know your input on how the dish taste, was presented, and prepared. they recommended dishes based on what we told him we liked and didn't like (i.e. spicy, etc). our drinks never went empty and the service was fast and friendly!
3. the price....it was so affordable. we got two soft drinks, two entrees and a dessert and it was $22!!
4. last but not least, the food....it was very good, i was impressed and i will have to admit i do not usually try new things. the ingredients were fresh, it was hot (temperature wise), and it was tasty! i ordered the pad thai and my boyfriend order the pad kra pow. both dishes were amazing (of course i tried his too) and not to mention the dessert we order the stinky rice with coconut ice cream (which was complementary on the house since it was our first time eating there). i would have never ordered the dessert because i hate coconut and with rice?! but it was delicious!!!! i highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and a friendly atmosphere!

great time!. my wife and i tried thai thippawan for the first time and loved it! theowner(andre voraritskul) greeted us at the door and told us the history of the restaurant and made us feel right at home. we will definitely be back.
