during my last trip to ahmedabad i found out this real gem. one thing i know for a fact is that where there is crowd mostly that is the place where i will be headed. it was evening time when me and a few colleagues went here and the place was totally crowded. famous for local gujarati snacks we all loved it so much that its our favorite place in the whole of ahmedabad now.

craving for gujarati snacks ? then swati snacks is one of the best place you can ever be to.. i love the all time favourite of every foodie panki chutney which is steamed .. i’m a big fan of methi dhokla as well as the handvo .. i’ve been going there since few years and these dishes are my fav .. also the sev puri and pani puri are amazing .. still hungry then should try the bajri rotla with shak .. all other dishes are also amazing along with the khichdi

not a fan of veg food, but loved it here. tried almost all items that the staff recommended.. and all wer good. especially liked the baked khichdi .. staff was courteous and the crowd was good too.

being a foodie, we love to try new places. and hence we decided to visit the very popular and super famous swati snacks. it was raining heavily during our visit. luckily it wasn't crowded and we got seated quickly. 

tried the highly recommended panki, kesar pista ice cream, dhokla and sukhdi. 

it was served quickly and looked pretty tempting. taste wise it was amazing. loved the simple dishes with super awesome taste. the high ratings are well jusitified. 

the only let down being its price. 

so, overall its a great place for snacks once in a while.

swati snacks is well known and highest rated in ahmedabad. there is another branch open in ambli road too.

the menu offers the local desi gujarati, south indian, chat items with quality, hygiene and great taste. service is great. parking is tough to get. too much crowded on weekends and you can find waiting in weekdays too.

only disappointment is the prices they take and the quantity the provide. but still all the items are great in taste so at least try once.
