the most awful management there is! horrible service on behalf of the managers. unbelievably rude managers. goodluck trying to book! they went a step above not answering the phone - they pick up and then hang up on you. such a shame that such a lovely location and great chefs have to be managed so poorly.

very poor quality of meat and chicken , horrible service and they are not structural on how they serve people , they serve the people depending on there nationality

our first ramadan iftar of 2018 was at sultan saray in ajman. just before maghreb, you can enjoy the view of the sea from the windows, which is beautiful. the buffet was a mixture of traditional turkish red meats, seafood and lots of baklava!

the seafood and meat were fantastic! however, the bechamel pasta didn’t have enough cheese (we love our cheese!) and the soup could have done with a little more flavor.

overall, it was a good experience. the kofta was yummy, the atmosphere fun and the view and breeze from the sea was lovely. there’s also shisha for all you shisha lovers!

the waiter name alaa was horrible who judges people by their clothes , he was arrogant, rude and disrespectful all because we weren’t ordering much , keeping in my this was our first time here and as a family
never visiting this place again

it was my first time in this place earlier yesterday and i was told that they serve nice food and the view is worth going all the way to ajman. this restaurant serves turkish cuisine and they have the benefit of being located straight on ajman's beach and serving shisha for those who fancy smoking. my comments are below:

*food: good , well spiced, quantity is good

*ambiance: normal except the view.

*staff: not so impressive in terms of service and friendliness. their manager wasn't really redemptive for complaints and tried to defend the obvious mistake of their chef who has burnt our food (check attached photo.

price: reasonable.

very rarely it is that i get the chance to rate a restaurant with a high rating with just 1 visit. i was actually putting off going there due to some -ve reviews related to service.

nonetheless, i ended up there on a weekday for lunch and the experience was fulfilling...

in some reviews, i read that staff are rude and reject requests when people want to dine with the sea view. to my surprise, without asking, the staff guided us to seats with the best sea view! was really impressed! the decor was well thought out and the color combination of the furnishing was in unison with the sea view. the waiters dress differently too.

we ordered adana kabab, mushroom cheese casserole and dolma kabab. mushroom was ok; adana kabab was straight from heaven. dolma was good too but quite pricey for portion size. they were generous with condiments like bread, pickles, labneh and olives, which came free. also we were served with a welcome drink and red tea after food.

for dessert we had sultanah sorbets. didn't like it much.

overall it was a very satisfying experience. we were at ease and comfortable the whole time; mostly due to the view. service was proper. no complaints.
i must say food is a bit on the higher end; but i guess quality demands so.

we are a couple who have just moved to ajman and, looking for nice places, we came to sultan. we only served a few drinks, we was eating before in other place. we were impressed with the service at the location. friendly everyone, the waiters are actually at every step around you. we will try the food soon.

this place is great but the staff is extremely rude and they keep dancing on our heads. if the staff is changed completely this would be the best place to be to just kick back and relax.

هو set menu فبنزل على الطاولة شوربة عدس و مقبلات باردة و سخنة و هما خيرونا شو بدنا طبق رئيسي لكل شخص و اعطونا ٣ خيارات الي هما جاج مع البطاطا بالفرن او صحن رز مع لحمة خروف او فاصوليا بيضة
نصنا طلب جاج بالبطاطا و نص طلب رز مع لحم الخروف
طبعا الطبقين ما بتاااكلو!!! اجتنا صدمة من طعم الاكل و لحم الخروف جايبينو منسخينو انو مش مع عظم و كان مالح و الجاج بالبطاطا كان الو طعم غريب!
و المقبلات كانت مش بزيادة يعني بالمرة مش سلطان السراي الي تعودنا عليه و على اكلو الزاكي
الاكل ما اتاكل بالمرة يا دوب بس كسرنا صيامنا
و على الشخص ٩٩ درهم بدون الشيشة و ما بستاهل بالمرة!!

very rude waiters , i driver from dubai to ajman just try the restaurant, and this is biggest mistake of my life , tables dirty , waiters rude , forcing you to order food , and we just start to order from soup and starter , and maine corse but they even not let us to order and suddenly rude waiters just say you have to pay minimum 185 per person to sit there .anyway don't go really not worth for money . there is much better restaurant around . zero costumer care .

we checked the reviews on zomato before visiting the restaurant. although the in-house dining reviews were not that great we still thought of giving it a shot (one strong reason was the sea view from the restaurant)

food was ok, but we too had a bad experience. the staff were pretty hostile, service was terrible. the bad service took the sheen away from the good food, location and view. this place requires a big time overhaul of the service

the waiter will force u to order more and more. the manager insisted that there is a min spend even on a saturday lunch time though he was not able to show any written proof if this exist. the tables were empty and the resturant is devoid of basic hospitality etiquettes.

with a breath taking, chill air, oozing wind and serene waves and sounds, i found my peace here. had the sultana breakfast for two, amazing spread and finger licking healthy meal with nice sulaimani, baklava icecream was wow and double apple shisha for the calls in you.

beautiful indoor seating is also available but why would you sit inside when its having beautiful view like these 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
customer service and hospitality was excellent

amazing place to have your breakfast. having your breakfast with a view is something which makes mornings more better and fill your day with good vibes.this place has an amazing view.

we had turkish pide, sultan pan, turkish coffee and caffe carmel. all dishes were delicious.

i really loved the turkish breakfast and yeah i loved their complimentery sweet too.

very poor customer service, manager is very very rude, waiters forget the complementary sweets for us. food is cold. they charge us for extra tea without
informing that is was not included in breakfast set. money not worth of quality of food.
only view is good, nothing else. please don't waste your time and money on this resturant.
