it was my first time in this place earlier yesterday and i was told that they serve nice food and the view is worth going all the way to ajman. thisrestaurantserves turkish cuisine and they have the benefit of being located straight on ajman's beach and serving shisha for those who fancy smoking. my comments are below:

*food: good , well spiced, quantity is good

*ambiance: normal except the view.

*staff: not so impressive in terms of service and friendliness. their manager wasn't really redemptive for complaints and tried to defend the obvious mistake of their chef who has burnt our food (check attached photo.

price: reasonable.

very rarely it is that i get the chance to rate arestaurantwith a high rating with just 1 visit. i was actually putting off going there due to some -ve reviews related to service.

nonetheless, i ended up there on a weekday for lunch and the experience was fulfilling...

in some reviews, i read that staff are rude and reject requests when people want to dine with the sea view. to my surprise, without asking, the staff guided us to seats with the best sea view! was really impressed! the decor was well thought out and the color combination of the furnishing was in unison with the sea view. the waiters dress differently too.

we ordered adana kabab, mushroom cheese casserole and dolma kabab. mushroom was ok; adana kabab was straight from heaven. dolma was good too but quite pricey for portion size. they were generous with condiments like bread, pickles, labneh and olives, which came free. also we were served with a welcome drink and red tea after food.

for dessert we had sultanah sorbets. didn't like it much.

overall it was a very satisfying experience. we were at ease and comfortable the whole time; mostly due to the view. service was proper. no complaints.
i must say food is a bit on the higher end; but i guess quality demands so.

definitely a must try!

very rude waiters , i driver from dubai to ajman just try the restaurant, and this is biggest mistake of my life , tables dirty , waiters rude , forcing you to order food , and we just start to order from soup and starter , and maine corse but they even not let us to order and suddenly rude waiters just say you have to pay minimum 185 per person to sit there .anyway don't go really not worth for money . there is much betterrestaurantaround . zero costumer care .

almost therestaurantis empty and they are keeping the tables beside the window without people and when we ask them to shift didn’t accept with very bad excuse , and this is not the first time they do such a thing we are coming from jumeirah park in dubai for the view and they reply like this

i was seated by the terrace and when i was ready to order host ahmed made a scene after i aksed to exchange one dish. he was arrogant and hostile. i hope a finerestaurantlike sultan saray put a little more effort to educate the staff more about customer service.

beautifulrestaurantwith gorgeous views but what’s the point when the service doesn’t balance? the staff are extremely rude & short tempered, extremely disappointed! we ordered tea with breakfast, they brought the tea before the food & the tea got cold, when confronted the staff they said you didn’t inform us...duhhh common sense?!?! i don’t know how it’s still open with all these bad reviews, honestly what a shame.....

breakfast is only for families!!!!! spend 40 min to reach therestaurantand then simply therestaurantis open from 8 till 1pm for families only!!! you cant simply keep the fullrestaurant365 days for families, at least divide the area and share the seating area for families and others.

if you want to enjoy a delicious turkish meal with a great view this is it! therestaurantis perfect during the afternoon time as you can enjoy the beautiful sea view while dining to succulent and flavorful kebabs.

so i had turkey tea it was good and therestaurantis located in a very cool place with an amazing view for chilling and having fun its very easy to see the beach ...
sheesha is available here with all kinds of flavors... later my friend ordered meat and egg mix she really loved it...

we drive all the way from dubai just for this place. therestaurantis absolutely perfect in every single way. the view is stunning (i recommend going in the afternoon towards sunset). the staff is lovely, they're all super nice and helpful, honestly hospitality at its best. and their food is literally from another world - by far the best turkish food i've ever hard. 100% would recommend. it's worth the trip any day, you won't be disappointed. i really wanted to post pictures of the food but we ate it too fast. also definitely try their turkish coffee.

i went here with my family of 6. the first thing that the host/waiter did was recommend a huge amount of food ideally fit for 15 people for just the 6 of us subtly hinting us to over order. gladly we didnt fall for that. we complied to order a turkish rice, 1/2 metre mix grill and a kofta. the dishes were highly overpriced especially the mix grill. its the minimum courtesy of a regular arabrestaurantanywhere to provide hummus and garlic paste with the kebabs. but even though they didnt do it, 240 dhs for a bare 1/2 kg of meat is extremely expensive. and the food was medicore and nothing out of the extraordinary. there are places that serve better food for a way better price. the main waiter was condescending about the amount of order we place too. aside from that this place boasts a good ambience and a medicore rating for food and hospitality. will not be visiting this place any time in the near future.

i and my wife went here for lunch and had checked the reviews etc before landing up. therestaurantis by the sea side and has a good view for people who get to sit by the window . we didn't exactly get the sea side table but we were helped to one as soon as it was vacant, thanks to an alert waiter ! we ordered the gavurdag salad, chlli labneh, cheese borek  and izmirli kebab. the portions were quite decent and food was delicious too. the salad with the pomegranate molasses was quite different and very tasty too with the tangy flavour. fresh bread is regularly brought to your table -thanks to extremely attentive waiting staff. in most other places, we need to look out for the waiter to ask him for bread but here there is a person who keeps a watch on all tables and ensures fresh bread is there. the kebab was very well cooked and was delicate and delicious too. overall the service was excellent and so was the food. for dessert , we opted for the dolma and it was quite balanced and not overtly sweet. perfect !

it’s very rare that you find arestaurantwhere the food looks as beautiful as it does in the menu...beautiful to behold and tremendously satisfying to the palette... a rare gem stumbled upon by accident... kudos to the chef who must’ve been an artist in his previous life!

the food looked exactly like on the menu and it tasted just as amazing. we walked in by luck and were astounded by the servings. from my years of living in the uae, this is the first time i've walked in to arestaurantthat's cheap and affordable and looks exactly like on the menu. and the service was amazing ! they welcomed us with a complimentary drink and ended the meal with another. the food was all served hot and their selection of vegetables were all fresh.

i would recommend to all !

unfortunately i went in friday and we have terrible experience with staff as they are very rode never smile in ur face treat u as they are paying for your food.. the food is good in thisrestaurantbut the staff should know how to treat the customer and understand that we are cmng from dubai to enjoy they should know how to welcomng people.
