what an amazing place and food and best of all the staff. all was perfect ant they have the fastest service for food and always smiling... you made us happy.. thank you

love the food, but the service is deceiving, we came for breakfast and asked for royal breakfast they told us they don't have it, and offered us the same food but separate, instead of paying 138 they charged us 280. very bad customer service.

unfortunately i went in friday and we have terrible experience with staff as they are very rode never smile in ur face treat u as they are paying for your food.. the food is good in this restaurant but the staff should know how to treat the customer and understand that we are cmng from dubai to enjoy they should know how to welcomng people.

one of the best restaurants in uae. food was amazing, tasted like home, service was outstanding.. staff was presentable and polite. i can’t wait to visit again. keep it up👍🏻👍🏻

its been years this is our go-to turkish restaurant in ajman. we always enjoy the food, the service and the ambience. will always comes back.

but i did like my dish(sultan pan ) it was not hot the dish does not look fresh it came directly after i ordered it then i spoke with the supervisor(mr.hassan) there he tried to convince me that all is fresh and he took it to reheat it ,, i was not happy at all with my order and with the way he treated me and even he did not come to ask me again about the serving unprofessional way to treat customers

i went their for brunch and it was really good and diverse  but kinda pricy ..i liked the food presentation i the sea view as well .. definitely worth to try

the place is quite nice, food is good, but kinda expensive, the staff were friendly but everyone of them is looking at you to get the tip, which is really bad.

unfortunately i didn’t have a good experience. the first time i went there was almost 2-3 years ago and even though i liked the food i had a terrible experience with the staff and later on i decided to give this place another chance so i went last weekend with my friends and again we had a bad experience, simply their customer service is very bad even though the view is great and the food is good but you can’t be in a place where you don’t feel comfortable.

it was an unfortunate experience we had tonight. the restaurant presents state of the art cuisine & a spectacular view yet, staff posed very bad attitude towards us, since we ordered 3 meals but we were 5 persons. it turns out that the place's policy doesn't allow the waiter to go forward with the order if not all guests will have dinner. a cheap way to gain money regardless customer's appetite!
we have decided to leave immediately as we felt offended with such attitude. to our surprise, the owner was standing there and did nothing.
we will never go back there again and we will advise all our friends to ignore such place in their future plans.

disappointing service and management. good food but the staff makes you regret ever entering the place. unfortunately, the management isn't great at keeping their customers either. they literally kicked my family of five out because two of us didn't want to eat. hope they fix their attitude before they lose the rest of their customers like they lost my family, friends and i.

one of the finest turkish food expericences ive ever had. haven't had better turkish food outside istanbul. the food was a meat lovers delight with the amazing mezzeh and mouth watering kebbeh. the appetizers and the mezzeh were a real treat and so full of flavor that they had us literally licking our fingers. then came the adana kabab which was truly awesome. and then came the half meter kababs platter with grilled peppers and turkish rice. was simply blown away with the quality of the food and the service. the excellent service complemented the great food beautifully and we were in a gastronomic euphoria. they were very generous and hospitable and served us a traditional dessert and fresh fruits. this was served with hot turkish tea which ended the meal and left us in an euphoric state altogether. compliments to the chef and hats off to the management on running such a fantastic gustatory paradise.
