the waiter name alaa was horrible who judges people by their clothes , he was arrogant, rude and disrespectful all because we weren’t ordering much , keeping in my this was our first time here and as a family
never visiting this place again
horrible hospitality
and averagefoodwhich is not worth the money

it was my first time in this place earlier yesterday and i was told that they serve nicefoodand the view is worth going all the way to ajman. this restaurant serves turkish cuisine and they have the benefit of being located straight on ajman's beach and serving shisha for those who fancy smoking. my comments are below:

*food: good , well spiced, quantity is good

*ambiance: normal except the view.

*staff: not so impressive in terms of service and friendliness. their manager wasn't really redemptive for complaints and tried to defend the obvious mistake of their chef who has burnt ourfood(check attached photo.

price: reasonable.

very rarely it is that i get the chance to rate a restaurant with a high rating with just 1 visit. i was actually putting off going there due to some -ve reviews related to service.

nonetheless, i ended up there on a weekday for lunch and the experience was fulfilling...

in some reviews, i read that staff are rude and reject requests when people want to dine with the sea view. to my surprise, without asking, the staff guided us to seats with the best sea view! was really impressed! the decor was well thought out and the color combination of the furnishing was in unison with the sea view. the waiters dress differently too.

we ordered adana kabab, mushroom cheese casserole and dolma kabab. mushroom was ok; adana kabab was straight from heaven. dolma was good too but quite pricey for portion size. they were generous with condiments like bread, pickles, labneh and olives, which came free. also we were served with a welcome drink and red tea after food.

for dessert we had sultanah sorbets. didn't like it much.

overall it was a very satisfying experience. we were at ease and comfortable the whole time; mostly due to the view. service was proper. no complaints.
i must sayfoodis a bit on the higher end; but i guess quality demands so.

we are a couple who have just moved to ajman and, looking for nice places, we came to sultan. we only served a few drinks, we was eating before in other place. we were impressed with the service at the location. friendly everyone, the waiters are actually at every step around you. we will try thefoodsoon.

very rude waiters , i driver from dubai to ajman just try the restaurant, and this is biggest mistake of my life , tables dirty , waiters rude , forcing you to orderfood, and we just start to order from soup and starter , and maine corse but they even not let us to order and suddenly rude waiters just say you have to pay minimum 185 per person to sit there .anyway don't go really not worth for money . there is much better restaurant around . zero costumer care .

very poor customer service, manager is very very rude, waiters forget the complementary sweets for us.foodis cold. they charge us for extra tea without
informing that is was not included in breakfast set. money not worth of quality of food.
only view is good, nothing else. please don't waste your time and money on this resturant.

since i have been to so many turkish cuisine i'm very familiar with thefoodand the taste of it, thefoodwas cold , ordered egg shakshoka and was served sunny side egg and when i asked them to return they show attitude , butter plate came with a hair on it , asked them to take it back they didn't even apologize , they really need to work more on the customer service
only positive thing is the view other than that not worth visiting again

just finished from there and here's my review:

1. promised us a specific seating on the terrace, we ordered accordingly and suddenly they let someone else there who just came in.
2. by the time we came to our seating there, ourfoodcame in cold although i informed before if its cold, do not bring it.
3. nothing was done to compromise for the bad service offered by the waiters except reheating thefoodand providing the next available table.
4.foodis not amazing, just okay (we ordered eskander kabeb and 1.5 meter kabeb)

the only positive and plus point is the view, so it is only a good place of you're going for a dessert with a drink and shisha. otherwise, there are better places

really love their royal breakfast, its like blessings in earth. starting with different types of cheese , breads, olives, salsa, zaatar, fresh fruits and different style of omletes. love the style of presenting thefoodlove the cheese bread, cheese puff and turkish coffee. love the sweets they offered at end

beautiful place, from the moment we have arrived abdulrahman welcomed us and gave us a nice table,foodwas wow, service was very good, ahmed was polite as well, everything was perfect, during weekends make sure go there before 9:30am that’s the beauty about it and for you to find a table near the beach, highly recommended indeed, and honestly the prices are reasonable.

beautiful restaurant with gorgeous views but what’s the point when the service doesn’t balance? the staff are extremely rude & short tempered, extremely disappointed! we ordered tea with breakfast, they brought the tea before thefood& the tea got cold, when confronted the staff they said you didn’t inform us...duhhh common sense?!?! i don’t know how it’s still open with all these bad reviews, honestly what a shame.....

we drive all the way from dubai just for this place. the restaurant is absolutely perfect in every single way. the view is stunning (i recommend going in the afternoon towards sunset). the staff is lovely, they're all super nice and helpful, honestly hospitality at its best. and theirfoodis literally from another world - by far the best turkishfoodi've ever hard. 100% would recommend. it's worth the trip any day, you won't be disappointed. i really wanted to post pictures of thefoodbut we ate it too fast. also definitely try their turkish coffee.

i went here with my family of 6. the first thing that the host/waiter did was recommend a huge amount offoodideally fit for 15 people for just the 6 of us subtly hinting us to over order. gladly we didnt fall for that. we complied to order a turkish rice, 1/2 metre mix grill and a kofta. the dishes were highly overpriced especially the mix grill. its the minimum courtesy of a regular arab restaurant anywhere to provide hummus and garlic paste with the kebabs. but even though they didnt do it, 240 dhs for a bare 1/2 kg of meat is extremely expensive. and thefoodwas medicore and nothing out of the extraordinary. there are places that serve betterfoodfor a way better price. the main waiter was condescending about the amount of order we place too. aside from that this place boasts a good ambience and a medicore rating forfoodand hospitality. will not be visiting this place any time in the near future.
