we went today to .... and we were very disappointed with the service. the restaurant wasn't full at all, there were a lot of empty tables, yet we have been asked in a rude way, not to come next time unless we call first and make a reservation! not only that, they have also has a note which states that 'kids are not allowed in the restaurant to avoid any inconvenience', we were going out as a family and we didn't feel that it is right just to ask our kids to wait outside while we are having breakfast! we have brought our kids to share a meal in the restaurant and not for them to play around.
